Does looks affect jobs and will your face land you a dream job? Some measure expected standard face as a potential employer to decide whose face best fits the job. This new trend selects mostly females based on their looks or shape of their faces. Some companies go as far as asking for pictures in advance and then measuring faces with tape during their interviews for their required face. This matter is becoming an issue of concern as some do not hear from the employer again after their receiving photos. This way of employing staff members was again in the news. So is this another stereotypical selection method of the beauty considered fit for a workplace? This method is based on facial profiling by face reader’s opinions who claim to predict suitable jobs for specific faces. They are consulted to analyse faces to determine the best face for each job. Is this another underhand tactics and an excuse to discriminate against certain faces? It is possible to send own air brushed picture to look impressive often people send a younger photo than their current looks. Are companies being influenced by the modern concepts of what constitutes good looks online in the media as true standard beauty? What about ‘Ugly Betty’ chosen to help her boss from getting distracted by his beautiful secretaries to focus on managing his company. What happens if a company is catfished as happens often in many cases including Sarah who got a job from a university based on her photo of previous youthful years. The university appointed her and on arrival for work turned out to be confronted by an old lady three times her age. Sarah did not indicate her current age to them so it was assumed she looked like the photo sent. At first, the university thought it was a mix up until she confirmed her identity and she enough she was the same person. She was allowed to do the job based on her excellent and genuine track record on her CV qualifications and work history. Sarah although het looks did not affect her job turned out to be a nightmare. Sarah told university zoology director, she must live literary with all the animals in her home. Therefore Sarah turned posh university accommodation into animal husbandry for her practical research. Her teaching produced great students so made up for lack of her youthful look Was tolerated to live among her beloved animals till she died unexpectedly. Sarah carried on dutifully for many years but became a victim of her own success. One of the animals bit her while taking him to a vet in her vehicle became infected by rhesus as he carried that disease. Sarah dedicated her phenomenal long life collaborating with the university for many years. The university afterwards took the animals to the appropriate zoo set aside for all other animals. Then the house was refurbished and restored for new person employed to fill her place. Sarah was a great character and loyal to her beloved animals and carried on with her zoologist passion to a whole new level. Her presence at university was well-known so she was popular and well loved, one of a kind in that gated community. Her research papers, work was immaculate in both classroom and outside winning many awards. Sarah’s looks and age did not hinder or affect her work in at all. So if the university had based the choice on only superficial or aesthetic looks to reject application, they would have missed out on her skills, talents and practical abilities for many years, as an impressive scientist. So do looks really help in choosing the most competent staff members? Sarah’s job technically did not have age limits in those days so she was able to do her work perfectly well. Sarah did what she loved most so died doing her job carried on faithfully to the end. So is it fair and ethically moral to demand specific looks to determine certain jobs?

In fact, we’ve invented new problems and worries for ourselves it is easy to forget your life will be just fine without the latest and greatest gadget. Maybe it’s because we have disconnected from nature in our day-to-day life, and in the process we’ve lost a part of something essentially human. Use Natural Remedies for Stress
Anxiety disorders is a common mental issue, affecting 18% of the population. Feeling anxious and stressed out does not require a clinical diagnosis. Indeed, many people try to tough it out without seeking professional help or revealing their high stress levels to those closest to them. But it is important to know that if left unchecked stress is among leading contributors to illness. It increases the odds of heart disease, stroke, cancer the common cold, since stress affects down your immune system. Simply put the body’s response to stress does more harm than good, in the modern world a world where the greatest stressors aren’t physical. It worked wonderfully when we had to dodge saber-tooth tigers. It does a much poorer job when we’re concerned about bills or our kids’ futures. Stress is meant to give your body a quick shot of adrenaline, to resolve a short-term threat like being attacked by a predator.
When stress is long-term low level but constant the hormones associated with stress like cortisol does damage to your body. Among other things, prematurely age cardiovascular system constantly elevating your blood pressure. And of course eliminating stress entirely would be ideal but that is impossible. The next best thing is to, at least, give your body a vacation from stress a few times a day. Even relaxing for a half-hour every day is an important chance for your body to reset. That why I want to give you seven all-natural, super-healthy ways to relax. You do not have to try a different one each day in fact, some you probably want to make part of a daily routine. So
you definitely want as much relaxation you can this week and every week after.
Natural Stress Relief: Walking
Getting outside an moving about is said to be 233% more than glucosamane and chondroitin. There is nothing like breathing fresh outdoor air, or thinking about newinteresting surroundings as opposed to your usual worries. Many of humanity’s best minds like Charles Darwin, Steve Jobs, and Isaac Newton, credited long walks with boosting their thinking. And one researcher found that a simple ten-minute walk boosts your mood for next two hours. If you walk more than minutes, your benefits will increase as well. Enjoy joint comfort, strength, and flexibility. Harvard Research confirms that this miracle nutrient halts joint destruction and spurs new cartilage growth into high-gear! Get up in the morning and attack your day with ease and comfort…walk down your stairs without a single twinge. Just one of these a day can bring back mobility and independence. Find out more here.
Natural Stress Relief: Breathing
We all know, when you feel yourself getting upset, you should take a breath and count to ten. Counting gives your mind time to cool off. But it’s really the breath that does heavy lifting. There is, perhaps, nothing more peaceful than mindful breathing that is, breathing with awareness, and with purpose. Try it you will see. Within moments, your focus on mindful breathing will melt away stressful thoughts and feelings. Now, plenty of people are attached to their old habits of thought, so they’ll wind up selecting stress over mindful breathing. That’s ok. It takes practice. You might think that breathing is the most natural thing in the world (it is), but paying attention to that breath—that takes attention! Attention is like oxygen for stress. Devote it elsewhere, and you’ll wind up much more relaxed, without even trying to be.
Good Stress Relief: Gym
When you read as many medical studies you notice a particular pattern emerge. Every time there’s some new miracle cure or miracle drug, the proof of how good it is usually sounds something like “It’s almost as effective as exercise!” We know the greatest natural cure in the world is one that beats nine out of ten drugs in nine out of ten situations and that is regular exercise. While exercise is great for most problems, it is even better for stress. Because there’s no better way to work out stress than to sweat it out. Much like with breathing, good exercise demands your attention. But unlike breathing, it also works out all the kinks and blockages in your body. There is a reason the freshest you can ever feel is right after exercise and a shower helps clean your body out better. Nothing eliminates toxins faster nothing gives faster rush of endorphins the happy hormone. Exercise doesn’t have to mean sprinting or Olympic deadlifts. Go for a walk, bike ride or some stretches. Whatever you can do to get your blood flowing and break a little sweat with help do the trick.
Natural Relief: Tune Out
We’re constantly bombarded by bad news, throughout the day. Generations ago, folks worried that easy to access to the news would alter your view of reality. And that was just with the introduction of TV. Now that you have a computer in your pocket, buzzing with information every few minutes, demanding your attention, the problem has gotten much worse. And it can create a downward spiral. For instance, some people like to turn to social media for relaxation. But now, Facebook and Twitter are some of the biggest sources of stress-inducing news! The simple truth is, while it’s good to be a well-informed citizen, we’ve taken it too far. If you want to keep up with all the information being thrown your way, you’d have to quit your job and cut back on your sleep. It’s impossible and it’s unnecessary. And it’s creating plenty of stress from the news itself, and also from the pressure people feel to keep up. Let it go. Give yourself some quiet time each day. Turn off your phone. Keep the TV off, and hide the remote. Tune out barrage of media. Disconnect from the hamster wheel. Start off by giving yourself a half hour unplugged each day. Go for a walk, or pick up a book. Get away from all the screens in your life. Odds are, you’ll immediately notice how much freer you feel or how you haven’t really missed anything. For most people that half hour lengthens and grows until you plug in to perform essentials to avoid the unnecessary.
Walk Barefoot In Nature
Reconnecting to the natural world is one of the fastest paths to relaxation. And there’s no faster way to reconnect than to make physical contact with the natural world, usually through your feet. Think of how good grass feels between your toes, or walk on a sandy beach. We’re increasingly disconnected from nature, and it shows. That’s why a barefoot walk feels like a breath of fresh air, or a swig of natural spring water. Nature feeds your soul as nothing else can. Some researchers also think that walking barefoot grounding has electromagnetic rebalancing effects. All I know is how good it feels, and how effective it is at restoring calm.
Get A Massage
For some people idle mind makes for racing worries. But, because massages are so powerfully relaxing, it’s hard to keep any negative thought string going long. You’re more likely to fall asleep than stress out. And a good massage doesn’t have to be a professional one, either. In fact, being on the giving end is almost as beneficial as being massaged, since so many of the benefits just come from touch. Make massages part of your routine with a professional, a friend or a significant other and feel better every day, not just on special occasions.
Natural Chill Pills
You don’t need prescription drugs to relieve stress. There are plenty of natural alternatives that work as well, or often better. For instance, GABA -gamma-amino butyric acid is naturally occurring amino acid that serves to cut down on mental chatter. There are a number of supplements that contain GABA. But that’s not the best way to get the positive effects. You see, GABA is made in the brain, but has trouble crossing the blood-brain barrier when ingested. Much better and recommends l-theanine, a precursor to GABA. You should take 100-200 mg, once or twice a day. And since these chemicals occur naturally in your body and in nature green tea contains l-theanine you don’t have to worry about adverse reactions or nasty side effects. These supplements help to quiet unfocused, distracting thoughts nothing more. Make some or all of the natural stress relief strategies a part of your routine. Try them out over time, or dive in all immediately. The important thing is just to combat the stresses of the modern world. You’ll be amazed how far-reaching that little change will be.

One of the Greatest events in history took place on Christmas day one 100 years ago. A miracle was done in consideration of the joyful celebration of Jesus birth. People were touched in their hearts to show compassion to each although sworn enemies. This armistice reconciliation happened in history between the British and German soldiers in Belgium and France battlefields in the Western Front in the trenches. Peace was briefly agreed for one day to halt war between enemies fighting on Christmas day during the first world war in 1914. This unusually true story became the subject of discussions surprising concerned families. It seemed a miracle as two groups shooting and bombing each other on previous days decided to celebrate Christmas together. These series of widespread unofficial ceasefires took place along the around Christmas 1914. In the week leading up to the holiday, Germans and British soldiers crossed trenches to exchange seasonal greetings and talk. In areas, men from both sides ventured into neutral land on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to mingle and exchange food and souvenirs. There were joint burial ceremonies, prisoner swaps, several meetings ended in carol-singing.Men played football with one another, giving one of the most enduring images of the truce. However, the peaceful behaviour was not complete as fighting continued in some sectors. In others areas, the sides settled on arrangements to recover bodies. The following year, a few units arranged ceasefires, but the truces were not widespread as in 1914. This is interesting because they trusted each other enough to meet together without arms. In addition they had confidence to eat and play football together. The Prince of Prince Christ Jesus touched the hearts and minds of the toughest and most hardened veterans to stop fighting on Christmas day. Among them was James and Otto on 25th December, 1914. These men were courageous enough to take a risk to be in the same vicinity with each other. They saw the human, loving, compassionate side in each other at least for that day. So it possible if man chooses to live in peace with each other. They willingly remembered reality of previous Christmas good times back home among family. With God all things are possible.
The more I reflect on this story the more amazing it seems today. By celebrating Christmas with the enemy this brings word of God to mind that, ‘God sets a table before me in the presence of my enemies.’ Most of the soldiers wrote event in their diaries and sent letters home sharing wonderful experience with family and friends. Others took pictures and sent photographs home showing their friendly match between sworn enemies. They enjoyed and treasures the great moment in history. Many documentaries, adverts and films are made about the Christmas truce. This is precursor to the end of that war eventually but the war continued for another 4 years until 1918 when war ended. This shows men are capable of seeing the good in each other if they choose to do so. So were willing to put up with one another to meet God’s Standard that, a time will come when there will be No More wars in Jesus Name. People will lay down their arms and live together in peace with one another. God said it will be so peaceful that a man will dwell in peace with the lion and the lamb. Unfortunately, it gets worse before it gets better. This means in the near future there be no more wars ever again. However, that ultimate truce will take place after the worst battle in history. This war is going to be the biggest war of wars to finally quench blood thirstiness and revenge. The signs of ultimate war is beginning to rage, on and off, in many parts of the world in different places. New alliances are formed which take sides as the Bible predicts towards second coming of Christ. The Ultimate True Peace will Come Finally after all these wars only through Christ Jesus. It is important to read the Bible, to pray to God in Jesus Name and to watch the Bible unfold in the News. Above all, it is necessary to remember, in spite of wars and rumours of wars there is inner peace and assurance of eternal life. No matter what human beings go through there is hope of eternal everlasting life beyond sufferings of this world. Make sure you have peace with God in life and know your destination before hand by accepting Christ as personal Saviour. There is no more tears, grief or sorrow in Heaven. God comforts people from all nations in perpetual joy, singing dancing in Heaven. As we celebrate without loved ones who passed into Heaven, remember they are at PEACE FOREVER REJOICING in the presence of God, Christ, Holy Spirit, Saints and Angels. They are not in pain any more but restored into youthful looks and very happy. So God cares about all the family members left behind on earth so all one day all will be reunited and the circle will be complete.

In Galatians 5:22-24, ‘the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.’ These qualities are like orchard as they constitute evident sign of growth, fruitfulness multiplication and maturity in faith.
