RETURNED CHIBOK WOMEN

_92117174_yola_afpThank God that the long-expected good news happened concerning some Chibok girls, turned women’s return. Some freed or escaped back in education. But one had amputated limb and was walking with crutches, an injury sustained, according to what Mr Mustapha was told, during the Nigerian military air strikes against Boko Haram. The girls all ran with joy when told, “You are free today,” said Mr Mustapha to the 82 women after all the names were called out. They all smiled he said, despite a subdued reaction as a result of the presence of the militants all armed with guns or in army camouflage uniforms and boots. Mr Mustapha took some photographs with the women._96078257_chibokhi039356204 The militant’s video camera recorded events and ICRC vehicles eventually arrived. So told to go to cars they ran, Mr Mustapha said. Immediately they entered vehicles, they started singing for joy. Some shed tears.” Mr Mustapha received a number of accolades for his work with Future Prowess School. He was a finalist for the 2016 Robert Burns humanitarian award given to those who save, improve enrich the lives of others or society as a whole, through self-sacrifice, selfless service, hands-on charitable or volunteer work, or other acts”. He was also given a 2017 Aurora Prize Modern Day Hero award for those whose “life actions guarantees the safe existence of others.” _96078650_chibokhi039356085He said handing over the 82 freed girls to Nigerian government is “the highest point in my life felt he did something worth saying to the world that I have done this,” he said. But in the series of letters from African journalist Adaobi Tricia Nwaubani this happiness is tainted with the sadness as some Chibok women are yet to return, or refuse to return or even go back after being freed. Looking at why some Nigerian women have gone back to the militant Islamists who abducted them is very complex and puzzling to many people. _92110166_reutersWhen news emerged that some Chibok schoolgirls, abducted by Boko Haram in 2014, had declined to return home with the batch of 82 freed in May, the world found it difficult to believe. Not even the release of a Boko Haram video showing some hijab-clad, Kalashnikov wielding girls saying they were happy in their new lives, was enough to convince the people. “They must have been coerced,” some said. “It is Stockholm syndrome,” others said. What else explains why any girl or woman, would choose to remain with such horrible men? Yet, some of the women rescued by the Nigerian military from captivity are willingly returning to Boko Haram’s Sambisa forest hideout in north-eastern Nigeria to be with these same horrible men.map

‘Fairytale life’

In January, I met Aisha Yerima, 25, who was kidnapped by Boko Haram more than four years ago. While in captivity, she got married to a commander who showered her with romance, expensive gifts and Arabic love songs. A fairytale life in the Sambisa forest she described was suddenly cut short by appearance of the Nigerian military in early 2016, at a time her husband went off to battle with other commanders. When she first interviewed Aisha, in the government custody for eight months she completed a de-radicalisation programme run by psychologist Fatima Akilu, the executive director of the Neem Foundation and founder of the Nigerian government’s de-radicalisation programme. “I now see that all the things Boko Haram told us were lies,” Aisha said. “Now, when I listen to them on the radio, I laugh.”

The pull of power?

A handout picture released by the Nigerian Army shows an insurgents' camp being destroyed by Nigerian military in the Sambisa forest (archive pic)Image copyrightEPA Image captionThe Nigerian military have been battling Boko Haram since 2009. But, in May, less than five months after being released into the care of her family in north-eastern Maiduguri city, she returned to the forest hideout of Boko Haram. The past five years, Dr Akilu worked with former Boko Haram members including some commanders, their wives and children and with hundreds of women who were rescued from captivity. “How women were treated when in Boko Haram captivity depends on which camp a woman was exposed to. It depends on the commander running the camp,” she said. “Those who were treated better were ones who willingly married Boko Haram members or who joined the group voluntarily and that’s not the majority. Most women did not have the same treatment.” _97056835_blurredAisha had boasted about the number of slaves she had while in the Sambisa forest, the respect she received from other Boko Haram commanders, and the strong influence she had over her husband. She even accompanied him to battle once. “These were women who for the most part had never worked, had no power, no voice in the communities, and all of a sudden they were in charge of between 30 to 100 women who were now completely under their control and at their beck and call,” Dr Akilu said. “It is difficult to know what to replace it with when you return to society because most of the women are returning to societies where they are not going to be able to wield that kind of power.”_96080364_mediaitem96080363

Still in shock

Apart from loss of power, other reasons Dr Akilu believes could lead women to willingly return to Boko Haram include stigmatization from a community which treats them like pariahs because of their association with militants, and tough economic conditions. Dealing with the aftermath of release is a struggle for some of those who were abducted. The “De-radicalisation is just one part of it. Reintegration is a part of it. Some have no livelihood or a support built around them, Dr Akilu said. The kind of support in de-radicalisation programmes does not follow them up when they leave. So come out successful in de-radicalisation programmes but struggle in community and it is that struggle that leads them to go back. Recently, visited Aisha’s family, still in shock at her departure, worried about her wellbeing.Chibok schoolgirls are reunited with their families in Abuja20/05/2017 Image copyrightREUTERSImagecaption. Her mother, Ashe, recalls at least seven former Boko Haram “wives” she knew, all friends of her daughter, who had returned to the Sambisa forest long before her daughter did. “Each time one of them disappeared, her family came to our house to ask Aisha if she heard from their daughter,” she said. That’s how I knew. Some women kept in touch with Aisha after they returned to Boko Haram. Her younger sister, Bintu, was present during at least two phone calls. “They told her to come and join them but she refused,” Bintu said. “She told them she didn’t want to go back.”

Life on track?

Unlike some of the former Boko Haram “wives” met, who are either struggling to survive harsh economic conditions or dealing with stigma, Aisha’s life seemed to be on track. She was earning money by buying and selling fabric, regularly attending social events and then posting photos of herself all primped up on the social media, and had a string of suitors. “At least five different men wanted to marry her,” her mother said, pointing out that there could be no greater form of acceptance shown to a woman, and presenting this as evidence that her daughter faced no stigma whatsoever from the community. “One of the men lives in Lagos. She was thinking of marrying him,” she said._90811551_nigeria_portharcourt_adamawa_borno464But, everything went awry when Aisha received yet another phone call from the women who had returned to the forest, informing her that her Boko Haram “husband” was now with a woman who had been her rival. From that day, the vivacious and gregarious Aisha became a recluse. “She stopped going out or talking or eating,” Bintu said. “She was always sad.” Two weeks later, she left home and did not return. Some of her clothes were missing. Her phones were switched off. She took the 2 year-old son fathered by commander in the Sambisa forest, but left the older one she had with husband she divorced before her abduction. “De-radicalisation is complicated by the fact that we have an active, ongoing insurgency. In cases where a group has reached settlement with the government and laid down their arms, it is easier,” Dr Akilu said. “But, when you have fathers, husbands, sons still in the movement, they want to be reunited, especially women.” Asta, another former Boko Haram “wife”, told me that she has heard of many women returning to the group, but has no plans to do so herself. However, the 19-year-old described how terribly she misses her husband, and how keen she is to hear from him and to be reunited with him. She insisted that she would not return to the forest, not even if he were to ask her. “I will tell him to come and stay here with us and live a normal life,” she said. But as with Aisha, the desire to be with the man she yearns for may turn out to be more compelling for Asta than the aversion to a group responsible for the deaths of thousands of people in north-east Nigeria, and for the displacement of millions who are struggling to survive in refugee camps.

THOSE DISFELLOWSHIPPED

maxresdefault.jpgSome of the former Jehovah’s Witnesses, live a disfellowshipped shunned life, leaving the religion is seen as a mark of losing faith. It can also mean losing loved ones, in many cases, friends and family are told to cut all ties with ex-believers, leaving them isolated and sometimes suicidal. “I do not speak to any of my family,” Sarah, not her real name tells BBC’s Victoria Derbyshire programme. Being “disfellowshipped” is exclusion from Jehovah’s witness and so no contact is allowed.” Last year, Sarah in her 20s was excluded by Jehovah’s Witnesses in this process known as the “disfellowshipped” members. She says it was sparked by her refusal to live in an abusive relationship. She claims her partner at the time was violent towards her at one stage leaving her with broken ribs.Alone.jpg

Removing the ‘wicked?’

Going to the police and involving those from outside the religion is heavily discouraged by Jehovah’s Witnesses, she says, claiming that elders within the faith refused to punish her ex-partner’s behaviour. It was when work colleagues noticed the bruising, and convinced her not to put up with the abuse, she says she fled the relationship. Sarah claims she was consequently disfellowshipped by the religion, and that her friends and family cut all ties with her. This is due to the fact that the Jehovah’s Witnesses think those outside their religion can be of detriment to their faith. In another statement, the religious group told the BBC:”If a baptised Witness makes the practice of breaking the Bible’s moral code and does not give evidence of stopping the practice, he or she will be shunned or disfellowshipped. “When it comes to shunning, Witnesses take their instructions from Bible on this subject as their Bible clearly states, ‘Remove the ‘wicked’ from among you.’ On the night she was disfellowshipped, Sarah said her mother refused to talk to her. Her father woke her up at 07:00 to kick her out of the home. Responding to Sarah’s claims, Jehovah’s Witnesses said while it could not comment on individual cases, “but violence, physical or emotional, is strongly condemned in Bible with no place in Christian family.”Sarah and JohnImage caption: Sarah and John (front of shot) told Victoria Derbyshire they were shunned by their family and friends. So is John, not his real name who became a Jehovah’s Witness as a young boy when his parents decided to join the religious group. However, two years ago, he was disfellowshipped as he missed Jehovah’s Witness memorial service seen in that religion as an important event. He had also begun to privately have doubts about some of the religion’s teachings, questioning the faith’s assertion that the end of the world is imminent, and that only 144,000 human beings will go to heaven. The 144,000 they consider as synonymous with “little flock” of Luke 12:32 serve with Christ as king-priests for a thousand years the other people accepted by God as “other sheep” of John 10:16 “great crowd” in Revelation 7:9,14 as the resurrected righteous and exclusively serve Jehovah on earth.Who-are-the-144000-Witness-of-Revelation-7-explainedBible clearly states specifically 144,000 are from 12 tribes of Israel sealed from all tribes in Revelation 7:4.” Nothing in this passage leads to interpreting the 144,000 as the Jehovah’s Witnesses. The literal number of Jews 12,000 are taken from tribe of the “sons of Israel.” The New Testament DID NOT replace Israel with any church on earth. 144,000 adds up from 12,000 from tribe of Judah sealed, 12,000 from tribe of Reuben and 12,000 from tribe of Gad, from tribe of Asher 12,000, tribe of Naphtali 12,000, the tribe of Manasseh 12,000, from tribe of Simeon 12,000, the tribe of Levi 12,000, tribe of Issachar 12,000, from the tribe of Zebulun 12,000, from tribe of Joseph 12,000, from the tribe of Benjamin 12,000. These total 12 tribes multiplied by 12,000 people equals the 144,000 who constitute the children of Jacob called Israel. Ancient history of Israel shows 12 tribes settled according to their names on their land as recorded in the political maps of Israel. Old maps show the names of 12 tribes written on ancient original Jewish maps in living history and world Geography.tribal-boundaries.jpg
The 144,000 Jews are ‘sealed’ for special protection of God from wrath of Divine judgment punishment and Antichrist to perform God’s mission in the tribulation period in Revelation 6:17. So withstand wrath to come in tribulation period of seven-years when God will enact Divine judgment against those who reject HIM and will complete HIS plan of salvation for the nation of Israel. This is according to God’s revelation to prophet Daniel 9:24-27. The 144,000 Jews are ‘firstfruits’ in Revelation 14:4 from redeemed Israel as prophesied in Zechariah 12:10 and in Romans 11:25-27 and their mission is evangelize the post-rapture world and proclaim the Gospel during tribulation period. As a result of their ministry, billions “of great multitude no one can count from every nation, tribe, people and language says Revelation 7:9, come to faith in Christ and saved. In James 1:17-18 every good gift and perfect gift from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change. Of HIS OWN WILL HE brought us forth by the Word of truth so we believers are a kind of firstfruits of HIS creatures and become the Children of God in Christ.

SEALED BY 144,000 FROM ISRAELThe confusion of 144,000 is the result of the false doctrine of Jehovah Witnesses. The Jehovah’s Witnesses claim 144,000 limited number of people only reign with Christ in heaven to spend eternity with God. These, the 144,000 Jehovah’s Witnesses call the heavenly hope. Those who are not among the 144,000 will enjoy what they call the earthly hope paradise on earth ruled by Christ and the 144,000. Jehovah’s Witness teach a caste society in afterlife with a ruling class 144,000 to rule. The Bible DOES NOT teach a “dual class” doctrine. The people ruling in millennium with Christ consist of the church believers in Jesus Christ in Bible in 1 Corinthians 6:2. The Old Testament saint believers who died before Christ’s first advent in Daniel 7:27, tribulation saints those who accept Christ during tribulation in Revelation 20:4. The Bible DOES NOT put a limited place in heaven so includes countless multitudes from all nations, tribes, and languages standing with palm branches before God’s Throne in Heaven. After the millennium life is in eternal state at the completion of the millennial period. At that time, God will dwell with us in New Jerusalem in Israel. Yahweh Our God and HIS people Revelation 21:3 dwell in perfect peace on earth Forever, inherit promise to us in Christ sealed by the Holy Spirit in Ephesians 1:13-14 as Co-Heirs with Christ in Romans 8:17. So 144,000 Jews handpicked exclusively by God from 12 tribes of Israel evangelise post Rapture world are not chosen by Jehovah Witnesses as they teach. And in addition already exists many Messianic Jews from the time of Jesus including the 12 Apostles, disciples and the Jews saved from all nations under heaven.

VIEWS ON BLOOD TRANSFUSIONS1

Jehovah-WitnessJehovah’s Witness religious view on the blood transfusions of people is affected and tarnished after John’s friends died, when a blood transfusion which is not allowed in the faith might save him. “It was a waste of a life,” he says. John says he later discovered his wife testified against him during the process that led to his disfellowship, which he believes placed great strain on their relationship. He left family home living temporarily in tents and caravans. “It was a very isolating time. I didn’t have anyone, I felt quite suicidal,” he says. He has now lost contact with his two adult children and siblings. “Sometimes I send them a message saying, ‘I love you, I’m still thinking of you.’ But usually there’s no response,” he says.Terri O'SullivanImage caption of Terri O’Sullivan kicked out of her home by her mother based on belief. According to Jehovah’s Witnesses faith of more than 138,000 members in UK and more than their eight million followers internationally. Similarly, Terri O’Sullivan left the religion 17 years ago, aged 21, and was kicked out of her home by her mother. She now runs a support network for those who leave or are excluded from it. She says she is yet to find a former Jehovah’s Witness who has not experienced any depression, alcoholism, suicidal feelings or self-harm. She adds going through a formal disfellowship when they leave, the relationships become affected. With some ex-Witnesses,” she says, some of their families will still talk to them but it is always strained. Jehovah’s Witnesses recruit by door to door evangelism and friendly volunteers are people centred.alone_in_crowd_8486Recruitment drive in Twickenham, London 1966Image copyright GETTY IMAGES Image caption Jehovah’s Witness recruitment drive in London in 1966. Founded in US towards end of the 19th Century, under leadership of Charles Taze Russell. The Headquarters in New York. They think traditional Christian Churches deviated from the true teachings of the Bible, and do not work in full harmony with God. Traditional Christian Churches do not regard the movement as a mainstream Christian denomination because rejects Christian doctrine’s Trinity: LORD GOD ALMIGHTY the Father and Lord God Almighty the Son Jesus and God Holy Spirit. As heirs to a throne are revered at same level of Kings and Queens so KING OF Kings Yahweh represented by Jesus deserves Glory and Honour. The Jehovah’s Witnesses do not believe that Jesus will come back to earth to Rule in the flesh. The Bible says anyone who does not believe Jesus came on earth in the flesh is anti-Christ and anyone who does not believe Jesus will return in the flesh to be seen by the whole world is an anti-Christ too. They lie Jesus already returned in 1911 to earth as an Invisible Spirit and Jehovah’s Witnesses say Jesus dematerialised into Archangel so they will rule the earth replacing Jesus. So believe humanity in “last day’s”  final battle between good evil happenings.shunning-300x256573905-2984-22

Sarah says loss of her closest family ties is “very, very difficult” to cope with. She is engaged and aware she is “having to plan a wedding where your parents won’t attend.” “I would class myself as an orphan, which is quite sad,” she says. Her support network comes the friends at work. When she left the faith, they “rallied around” her in contrast to what she expected. Jehovah’s Witness people are told non members are awful, so bad association and so God is going to smite them all during Armageddon. To Sarah’s surprise people opened up their homes to her and support her.

Lasting Good Memories

Sarah is still, however, complimentary about most of the people in her former faith. “There are good people in that religion, who believe they are saving people’s lives by spreading the faith’s message,” she says. “I look back with some happy memories, because they were the last memories I have with my family and siblings. “But then I do have to look back and feel a lot of heartbreak that I’m never going to be able to sit down with them for a Sunday meal again. “When they die, I probably won’t be invited to the funeral either.”

HOLY KISS GREETING & HUGS

article-2071835-0F1BBF8E00000578-716_634x422In Romans 16:16 in Bible, Paul wrote in New Testament commanding believers to make contact or touch others with a warm smile, hand-clasp and a friendly hug. Paul encouraged the congregation and church members to give each other a hug, a touch as a sign of unity to greet each other with a holy kiss and hugs. And speak through the Psalms as people quote Shakespeare to share favourite lines in literature. The Pentecostals often greet each other with kisses and hugs. Visitors are welcomed this way so if the new members are not used to such a way of greeting they can feel innaudated and intimidated by the zealous members embracing or kissing them if not used to an intimate way of expressing agape love. Recently, in the church a female pastor rushed towards a new male visitor and proceeded to try to hug him as she does for many years. But the new member raised both his hands to indicate, ‘do not touch me or come too close.’ It surprised everyone as it had never happened before. Maybe others out of politeness and courtesy tolerate it or probably just go along with kisses or hugs, but no one ever rejected it before. It is perfectly understable if some people feel uncomfortable and say no, it does not mean rejection of the one expressing such Biblical principles. On other occasions, for security reasons, important leaders are not allowed to be touched or hugged under any circumstances. Of course that scenario can happen in church gatherings so if not sure, ask if it is alright to do so. 22CULTURALSTUDIES1-jumbo.jpgIn some places female to female hugs and kisses are preferred or handshakes encouraged. But the woman must first extend her hand to a man because the man is not allowed to shake a married women’s hands in some cultures. On the other hand there are countries that see kiss or hugs as prerogative of diplomacy so must be done. In some churches women are only allowed to kiss and hug other women as men kiss and hug the men. In an age of legal homosexuality, lesbian partnerships or marriages the churches in favour has no problems or prefer handshakes. However is common in the workplace to encourage hugging for bonding and a sense of belonging. But how about those people in the offices who do not like to be kissed or bugged publicly at least at awkward moments. You are greeting someone or saying goodbye. Should you give that person a hug? Especially if it’s someone you don’t know well? You do not want to seem intrusive if you hug too soon, but you don’t want to appear overly stiff or too formal so you offer a handshake when a hug is expected. So what should you do? There a few good rules about hugging in our society.article-2148121-133B0FA3000005DC-582_468x309On one hand, Americans are famously informal and forthright. On the other hand, our nation has puritan roots so we are known for needing more personal space than other cultures. How do you strike a balance? Here are some guidelines to start from, many of which come from etiquette expert Jacqueline Whitmore, author of Poised for Success.

1. Mind body language.

With hugs, as with kisses, another person’s body language will tell you whether he or she is willing to accept a hug or not. Before you go in for that squeeze, pay attention to what the person’s position, movement, and facial expression is telling you. Are the feet pointed toward you or away? Is the person leaning in, or distancing him or herself? What does your gut feeling tell you this person wants? When people offend others with a hug, it’s most often because they just barge right in and don’t stop to get a read on what other person wants. Don’t make that mistake. Children are now being taught to meet and greet properly to learn etiquette. t1larg (1).jpg

2. Ask Permission First.

If you want to hug someone, you think it welcomes you if not sure just ask. “May I give you a hug question indicates both affection, respect so likely appreciated. The only down side to this if people feel embarrassed or uncomfortable saying no. So if getting a negative or uncertain vibe do not even asking the question.

3. The Balance of Power.

A boss hugging an employee is a very different matter from two business associates hugging at the conclusion of a meeting. Be extra reserved about hugging if it can in any way seem like you’re using your power to disrespect another person’s boundaries. This is one reason Joe Biden recently drew so many criticisms for his putting his hands on  a cabinet member’s wife during swearing in ceremony. Body language experts can decode controlling power of ownership displaying dominance and narcissism of selfish hugs or hand holdings in public.

4. Consider the occasion.

If you haven’t seen a colleague in a long time, or you’ve just gone through a powerful training or other experience together, or you’re at acelebration, then hugging might well be appropriate. The same may apply if the person in question has just had a piece of very good, or very bad news, or is struggling to deal with a difficult situation. On the other hand, if you routinely see this person and nothing special is going on, then a hug probably isn’t warranted.LXNGDEDJXOCNTOWYIIGFSDIU

5. Avoid mixing hug & non hugs.

You’re greeting a group of people, some of whom you know well and others whom you know only slightly or have just met. Do you hug some but not others? No, Whitmore advises. Shake hands with everyone to be consistent avoid making some feel uncomfortable or left out.

6. Keep it short.

A hug can go from natural to awkward if you keep it going for too long, make your hugs brief. Whitmore recommends duration of no more than three seconds.

7. Don’t hug if contagious

The last thing you want to do is give your colleague a cold, or catch one from him or her. So if you’re uncertain about your own health, or the other person seems to be fighting an infection, stick to a handshake at most, although not touching at all is probably safest. You can always say that you’re avoiding touch out of concern that you might spread something you’ve been exposed to if you are really afraid of catching something from other person.kissing-in-costa-rica-2

8. Don’t hug if not clean.

Let’s say you’re meeting on a very hot day, and you’ve gotten sweaty on your walk over from the parking lot. Or you’ve had a workout and returned to work but didn’t have time to shower. Or you’ve been out at a site visit and gotten grimy. In those circumstances, avoid hugging. The last thing you want to do is gross someone out.

9. Whether to hug or not

If you’re not sure whether a hug would be welcome or don’t think it is a good idea then ask or don’t hug. You may not offend someone with a handshake and its women who extend their hands first to shake their hands. So a man must be careful not to shake a married woman’s hand unless known to them. If you have cold or flu that can infect other people it is better not to shake anybody’s hands if necessary self isolate to stop spreading germs. A contagious disease unstopped quickly spreads as a pandemic without symptoms in some cases. Take care look after yourself and protect others from  catching infection. Wash your hands with soap and water, use hand sanitizer to disinfect your hands. Don’t touch your face

10. Check if it’s OK to hug or kiss

In spite of these caveats believers in the power of human contact feel like a hug is warranted and none of the obstacles above apply go for it. A business contact met face-to-face for the first time after working together after years met, well  known seemed to feel the same at first meeting greeted with a hug. Surprised but happily a brief meeting talked more about lives than about business. So left with a human relationship after emails and voice phones. An agape healthy hug is a great way to start if safe, acceptable in cultural context of a society. Respect social norms of the community to not cross boundaries of protocol to cause offence for selfish negative attention. In some countries public hugging, kissing or public display of affection is banned even as married couple or lovers it is an offence. Since no warning signs best to avoid hugs, kisses, intercourse in open spaces in public on duty seen by others.

THE WORKPLACE NURSERIES

n-ikuboss-a-20160509With the long vacation approaching fast many working parents are faced with a dilemma of childcare. The high cost of childcare means some parents are better off at home caring for children. It is impossible to afford cost of hiring child minders or nannies like the few privileged. Parents must work at the same time looking after their children or their income support is cut off. This is because 24/7 full-time care of children is not legally recognised as paid work in Britain among many countries. Children go to nursery part-time paid for parents and it seems almost punitive to have a child in modern times. Children miss out on such expensive nursery places they cannot afford. Many parents are in debt and policy makers, often males, do not understand the depth of nurturing needs of babies and children. Wages are too meagre to pay rent, buy food and pay bills for most in these advanced wealthy countries throwing away tons of perfectly good food and material things everyday. Bankno_photo_4 balance seems to take precedence over priceless human lives. Worst of all in these countries the parents who leave children home alone are arrested and jailed but children are allowed free to roam the streets among paedophile predators and drug dealers. So with summer holidays parents are worried about safety of children and looking for relatives, family or friends to help look after children. The hardest job in the world is caring for children because they require 24/7 supervision. Anyone who cares for their, children, cooking, feeding, teaching, bathing, hospital appointments, doing laundry, garden, shopping, chores, running errands each day etc, plus looking after family other needs knows it is not easy or simple as often dismissed as unemployed person. 6a00d8341c4eab53ef01b7c7f5bfef970b-800wiHuman life of parents seems further displaced by machines yet unemployed must still pay their nursery fees, bills and mortgages through no fault of their own. So wonder what will happen if all the women in the world refused to have children due to attitude of government towards parents. There will be shortage of wives for men as happens in China and Japan. Germany and Russia after the war had to devise better maternity packages to entice women to repopulate the nation. With longer living of the elderly due to better medical care governments must address birthrate provisions with long-term vision into the future. Children and young people will be leaders and the carers in the future. So a great investment to nurture them today to help prepare them for their future roles. Treating children as unwanted nuisance draining state Resources is the greatest mistake every nation. Ignoring them as not an urgent issue keeps many out of schools and illiterate. Over 11 million children are out of school in Nigeria the highest record in the world. Most parents pay for education, buy books and pay exam fees so do not enjoy the privilege few. nursery3Yet education is taken for granted by the ones given their right to in education. In order not to lose vital front line staff it is essential to build company nursery to be included in building design by their architects. Employers can adapt their buildings to meet nursery standard to solve complex issues addressed by some compassionate companies. Their highly valued staff are retained for their input them after childbirth so children from 3-12 months provided for in workplace. Those not able to gain place must work from home to supervise children. These countries do not allow children to be left at home alone unsupervised like many other countries in other parts of the world. It is against the law and a nightmare for the majority of working parents without the flexible working hours to solve childcare cost problems. Affected by credit crunch and austerity budget cuts, that does not seem to dent the pockets of a privileged few. Holiday season makes childcare major problem for families. So recently, 20th July 2017 wrote on workplace child care facility in a bank in London.Amanda Wong, Goldman Sachs

Image caption Amanda Wong and her daughter Naomi use the Goldman Sachs nursery. So Head into nursery into the Goldman Sachs building on London’s Fleet Street and you’re greeted by wall to wall marble, a bank of receptionists and a water feature in the London City. But wind your way past lifts through an anonymous fire door and you enter a world that couldn’t be less corporate. The sounds, colours and laughter of a nursery. The Goldman Sachs Children’s Centre is both incongruous anomaly as the only on site childcare facility in the Square Mile. Started in 2003 to offer back up provision for staff, it takes kids between the ages of three months and 12 years old. The expense or regulatory requirements for such a facility are the main reasons why it is unique – and peculiar to a bank with deep pockets. This is part of a day of BBC coverage looking at the cost of holiday childcare. Find out at bbc.co.uk/business or follow conversation on social media using the hashtag #Childcare. According to latest figures from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, only 5% of businesses in the UK offer childcare in workplace. Anecdotally, this is almost exclusively made up of large employers because they have the money and space to allow for it. They include government departments, Royal Mail, a variety of universities, Microsoft and Toyota. There are tax breaks for those companies that do.Goldman Sachs Children's Centre

Childcare facility at the Goldman Sachs takes children from three months to 12 years old. Employers who include their childcare costs as the part of employee remuneration package, attract tax and National Insurance and obligations. But employers that offer in-workplace nurseries do not and they get relief for the day-to-day running and capital costs of providing the service, for example heating and lighting, and premises.

Flexible work

It might be seen as a perk but an onsite childcare flourished in the immediate post-war years out of necessity. A labour shortage meant women were needed to work and factories and mills started to offer the creches that allowed them to. Dr Laura Paterson of Oxford University, who specialises in history of women’s employment, says childcare provision by businesses died away in the 1950s as the need for women became less acute and the way they worked changed. The. “Part-time and flexible working hours reduced need for workplace nurseries to some extent,” she says, “Women who worked from the 1950s to the 70s tell us they did part-time jobs when children were young to fit around school hours. They worked in the evening so their Goldman Sachs Children's Centrepartner could care for their children. Goldman Sachs are allowed 20 days of emergency childcare a year. But what about the people working full-time at Goldman? For Amanda Wong, who project manages new trades for the firm and is a mum to 12-month-old Naomi, children’s centre has been a lifesaver. Ms Wong put her daughter into nursery same day she returned to work, shortly after Naomi turned nine months. “It has made me feel a lot more relaxed and mentally ready to come back to work a lot earlier than I would have and I think it helps new mums with separation guilt or anxieties about returning to work,” she says. Though she admits it is not ideal to take a one-year-old on the Tube through central London each day. Yet it makes a great difference child is within reach in vicinity giving parents peace of mind. Assured the child is in safe hands, well taken care of by employer pecks.6295314-3x2-940x627

Ishmeet Rayit, who manages Goldman Sachs Children’s Centre, tells me they have a higher staff ratio than Ofsted regulations require (one-to-two in the baby room rather than one-to-three), because they need to make children who might not be familiar with them, settle in quickly. Of the 5,500 people who work in the office, about a quarter are registered users. Each parent at the bank gets 20 free “back-up” days to use the centre, renewed each year. The most coveted facility in the centre is the after-school and holiday programme where the 5-12 year olds come. It’s stuffed full of bilingual books and toys, showing just how multicultural the bank is. “The kids call it an office day,” Ms Rayit says. “They get taken out for lunch by their parents and they make friends here.” Parents are only allowed to book 10 days of this holiday service at a time, the room can accommodate 12, and the waiting list to get in is long.Goldman Sachs office in London

Goldman Sachs is in two old newspaper offices on London’s Fleet Street. Sally Boyle, the international head of human resources at Goldman, says it is a “significant cost” to the firm – but it is worth it. We are definitely seen it have an impact on retention of a smallish group of women but important women who wouldn’t have stayed I suspect if they hadn’t been able to manage that childcare in a way that they can here,” she says. The centre is run by Bright Horizons, largest provider of workplace nurseries in the UK. Goldman pays it a monthly management fee, and parents who need childcare beyond that paid for by the bank, deal directly with the nursery. A spokesperson for company says demand for onsite care increasing. “In today’s competitive talent market, recruiting and retaining exceptional people is high priority for organisations. “On site childcare has been identified as a key factor in encouraging parents to return to work and, in turn, helping organisations to thrive”.

‘Chronic shortage’

But Rohan Silva, whose Second Home drop-in work spaces are planning in-house creches, says the barriers to entry today of setting up onsite childcare are enormous. “The Ofsted accreditation process takes at least three months, and costs hundreds of pounds in registration costs and consultancy fees. In addition, there are multiple additional inspections each year, plus a chronic shortage of trained staff,” he says.Second Home nursery plansSecond Home found designing its onsite creches difficultAnother challenge is the fact that so few architects and designers have ever designed childcare facilities, because so few are created by property developers. That means thinking from scratch the issues around access and child-friendly materials,” Mr Silva says. He believes it’s a vital way of allowing more parents to work. “The UK’s rate of maternal employment is 27% lower than other Western countries making childcare more accessible will make a big difference. “This is especially true of single parents – who are much more likely to be unemployed, and for whom access to childcare is the biggest barrier to finding work” Mr Silva adds. A recent Institute of Directors survey backs this up. It found over half of its members think that the cost of childcare hurts careers – particularly those of women. It is currently consulting on whether to open a creche for its members. For now, though unlike those women working in factories after the war, the option of taking your child to work is offered at a company’s largesse rather than out of compulsion. And it’s reserved for a privileged few.

DOES LOOKS AFFECT JOBS?

hqdefaultDoes looks affect jobs and will your face land you a dream job? Some measure expected standard face as a potential employer to decide whose face best fits the job. This new trend selects mostly females based on their looks or shape of their faces. Some companies go as far as asking for pictures in advance and then measuring faces with tape during their interviews for their required face. This matter is becoming an issue of concern as some do not hear from the employer again after their receiving photos. This way of employing staff members was again in the news. BLcsr71CAAEkR4ySo is this another stereotypical selection method of the beauty considered fit for a workplace? This method is based on facial profiling by face reader’s opinions who claim to predict suitable jobs for specific faces. They are consulted to analyse faces to determine the best face for each job. Is this another underhand tactics and an excuse to discriminate against certain faces? It is possible to send own air brushed picture to look impressive often people send a younger photo than their current looks. 364309F600000578-3689902-image-a-3_1468489483342Are companies being influenced by the modern concepts of what constitutes good looks online in the media as true standard beauty? What about ‘Ugly Betty’ chosen to help her boss from getting distracted by his beautiful secretaries to focus on managing his company. What happens if a company is catfished as happens often in many cases including Sarah who got a job from a university based on her photo of previous youthful years. The university appointed her and on arrival for work turned out to be confronted by an old lady three times her age. Sarah did not indicate her current age to them so it was assumed she looked like the photo sent. At first, the university thought it was a mix up until she confirmed her identity and she enough she was the same person. She was allowed to do the job based on her excellent and genuine track record on her CV qualifications and work history. Sarah although het looks did not affect her job turned out to be a nightmare. Sarah told university zoology director, she must live literary with all the animals in her home. ae840eace1a73d45b1ba4ac9d0668f97Therefore Sarah turned posh university accommodation into animal husbandry for her practical research. Her teaching produced great students so made up for lack of her youthful look Was tolerated to live among her beloved animals till she died unexpectedly. Sarah carried on dutifully for many years but became a victim of her own success. One of the animals bit her while taking him to a vet in her vehicle became infected by rhesus as he carried that disease. IMG_20170720_194117 Sarah dedicated her phenomenal long life collaborating with the university for many years. The university afterwards took the animals to the appropriate zoo set aside for all other animals. Then the house was refurbished and restored for new person employed to fill her place. Sarah was a great character and loyal to her beloved animals and carried on with her zoologist passion to a whole new level. Her presence at university was well-known so she was popular and well loved, one of a kind in that gated community. Her research papers, work was immaculate in both classroom and outside winning many awards. Sarah’s looks and age did not hinder or affect her work in at all. So if the university had based the choice on only superficial or aesthetic looks to reject application, they would have missed out on her skills, talents and practical abilities for many years, as an impressive scientist. So do looks really help in choosing the most competent staff members? Sarah’s job technically did not have age limits in those days so she was able to do her work perfectly well. Sarah did what she loved most so died doing her job carried on faithfully to the end. So is it fair and ethically moral to demand specific looks to determine certain jobs?

PREVENTION OF DEMENTIA

1639512

One in three cases of dementia could be prevented if more people looked after their brain health throughout life, according to an international study in the Lancet. It lists nine key risk factors including lack of education, hearing loss, smoking and physical inactivity. The study is being presented at the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference in London. By 2050, 131 million people could be living with dementia globally. There are estimated to be 47 million people with condition at the moment.agy-szkenner-1050x846

9 facts of dementia risk

  • Mid-life hearing loss – responsible for 9% of the risk
  • Failing to complete secondary education – 8%
  • Smoking – 5%
  • Failing to seek early treatment for depression – 4%
  • Physical inactivity – 3%
  • Social isolation – 2%
  • High blood pressure – 2%
  • Obesity – 1%
  • Type 2 diabetes – 1%

DTI_white_matter_tracks_sThese risk factors – which are thought to be modifiable – add up to 35%. The other 65% of dementia risk is beyond the individual’s control. Source: Lancet Commission on dementia prevention, intervention or care. Though dementia is diagnosed in later life, brain changes usually begin to develop years before,” said lead author Prof Gill Livingston, from University College London. “Acting now will vastly improve life for people with dementia and families and, in doing so, will transform the future of society.” The report, which combines the work of 24 international experts, says lifestyle factors can play a major role in increasing or reducing an individual’s dementia risk. It examines the benefits of building a “cognitive reserve”, which means strengthening brain’s networks so it can continue to function in later life despite damage.Eve LairdImage captionEve Laird is taking part in a study on how to prevent dementia. Eve Laird, from Dumfries, is worried about dementia because her mum is living with the condition. She decided to make some changes to her lifestyle. “I’m terrible for eating processed foods and takeaways and I’ve really been trying to cut back on that.”I definitely drink a lot more water than I used to – and I don’t drink as much coffee now. “I actually took part in the Edinburgh marathon. For that I joined the Dumfries running club – I go there once a week.” She says she felt so much better for the exercise, and for improving her diet. “I felt a lot healthier and mentally sharper as well. It’s something I’d really like to continue, but it is hard to stay on track.” “I just think the small changes can make such a big difference.”Graph on forecast of dementia growth globallyFailure to complete secondary education was a major risk factor, and the authors suggest that individuals who continue to learn throughout life are likely to build additional brain reserves. Another major risk factor is hearing loss in middle age researchers say this can deny people a cognitively rich environment and lead to social isolation and depression, which are among other modifiable risk factors for dementia. Another key message from the report is that what is good for the heart is good for the brain.brainome

‘Positive changes’

Not smoking, doing exercise, keeping a healthy weight, treating high blood pressure and diabetes can all reduce the risk of dementia and cardiovascular disease, and cancer. The researchers say they did not have enough data to include dietary factors or alcohol in their calculations but believe both could be important. Dr Doug Brown, director of research at Alzheimer’s Society, said: “Though it’s not inevitable, dementia is currently set to be the 21st Century’s biggest killer. We all need to be aware of the risks and start making positive lifestyle changes.” Dr David Reynolds, chief scientific officer at Alzheimer’s Research UK, said: “Alongside prevention research, we must continue to invest in research to find a life-changing treatment for people with this devastating condition.”

BOTTLED SCENT DATED IN ADVANCE

jar filled with padding, hand-labelled Jan 19 2015A woman with dementia who went missing in Florida was found by a police dog in a matter of minutes, because she bottled her scent in advance. The Citrus County Sheriff’s Office said the woman used specialist scent preservation kit. It can hold a person’s scent for up to seven years. She stored the scent two-and-a-half years ago and a picture of the jar showed it was dated January 2015. The scent preservation kits involve rubbing a pad on a person’s underarm, sealing it in a sterile jar so police dogs have the reliable scent to smell before looking for a missing person. Manufacturers say they work better and more quickly than articles of clothing, because they are not contaminated by other people’s smells or smells from the environment. Dogs have a stronger sense of smell than humans and working police dogs are trained to sniff out drugs, people and in some cases corpses. So in this case, the missing person was found and the dog earned a celebratory ice cream.dog with ice creamThe dog, Ally, was rewarded with an ice cream after finding the woman.

LACK OF SLEEP LONG-TERM EFFECT

Lack of sleep long-term causes parts of brain’s synapses to be ‘eaten’ by other brain cells, according to a new study by researchers at the Marche Polytechnic University in Italy. Astrocytes are a cell in the brain that clean out worn-out cells and debris. Scientists studying the brains of mice found these cells were more active when the animals had been deprived of sleep, breaking down more of the brain’s connections. “We show for the first time that portions of synapses are literally eaten by astrocytes because of sleep loss,” research leader Michele Bellesi told New Scientist. That is not necessarily a bad thing, as most of the synapses affected were larger and more mature, like old pieces of furniture and probably need more attention, cleaning said Bellesi. The more worrying finding was that ‘microglial’ brain cells, which seek out damaged cells and debris, were also more active in brain experiencing chronic sleep deprivation. “We already know sustained microglial activation observed in Alzheimer’s or other forms of neurodegeneration,” Bellesi said. And previous research found chronic sleep deprivation increases so-called plaques in the brain thought to be a main cause of Alzheimer’s and other dementias.agy-szkenner-1050x846

  • Sleeplessness and associated lack of productivity costs UK economy over £1billion a year, according to a study from Benson Beds.
  • UK adults lose 200,000 working days a year due to sleep issues.
  • 66% of insomniacs cite work stress as reason for inability to sleep.
  • A study from the Sleep Health Foundation has found a third of adults have made a mistake at work due to tiredness.

CELEBRATING LIVING DEAD

The living dead are celebrated in great style with pomp in funeral ceremony so no expense is spared in a send off party. The people alive strongly believe they must do whatever is necessary to bury the departed in a grand style. A list is provided to include their future needs in next life because of fear they watch over those alive left behind. But some express concern that the dead seems more celebrated than the living. A true story recently happened after John fell ill and sought care from a private clinic when the local hospital did not provide the urgent care he needed because of the waiting list queue. His course of treatment was prolonged as required for his full recovery.  Later, as John did not work so affected by his health, he sent a message to his place of work but his wages was not enough to cover his medical expenses. Eventually, John approached his family in vain. The delay took so long John became resident patient. The doctor took care of John’s needs beyond the professional duty of care. After several attempts to get help from the family in vain, John’s doctor sent a message to his family he was dead. But it did not take long for John’s family to charter a hearse and a bus full of John’s relatives to travel over to claim his body at the clinic. To their shock and horror John was alive and well and released to his family who really thought he died. It was an interesting story as some people thought it was unethical for a doctor to trick John’s relatives to recover his cost. Whatever people felt about the doctor’s actions, it reveals attitude towards dead people who seem to be revered more at times than the living in some cases. This incident highlights concerns especially about the extent to which funerals are invested in more than taking care of a person to the same extent when alive. It is an issue that confronts some nations concerning fear of the dead haunting them if not properly sent off by proper funeral rites and ceremonies. This is also a matter of big business for the event planners sometimes funerals are bigger than weddings. The fabulously rich and wealthy can afford the costs of funerals. Yet still the generous culture of giving means people still give freely to the family as part of their culture. As, the credit crunch affects most people, rising funeral costs means people cover costs by donations, selling land, assets, investments, in other cases taking loans to contribute to costs of the funerals at hand. At times families or communities have five or more funerals to attend at the weekends. This means contributions are distributed among the bereaved or in certain cases, so one has to prioritize closest ones to their family. This trend is so serious now funerals are postponed from 6 months to 10 years in extreme cases to prepare for the celebrations. Meanwhile the family pays exorbitant mortuary fees for embalming body kept for months or years until fixed time for burial ceremonies. Planning takes place for months and years until the suitable time is arranged for all necessary dignitaries to attend. Meanwhile, food is ordered, costumes organised for changing garbs of dead person many times over. The family members, friends and relatives choose fabrics to accordingly to wear if a joyful funeral of white representing a long life or the sad loss of mourning in red and black.

The cost of expenses is making some to query whether it is the best approach to life in general. Some people feel such a huge amount spent could be used on the living rather than the dead. The dead are given farewell parties in grand style surpassing the previous ones done. It is almost like competition to outdo and be the talk of the town. Video recordings are made for perpetual memory of the event. Sometimes accompanied by fun, laughter, sense of humour, dancing in formations and music performers from the different groups invited or hired. To outsiders, it may seem like a waste of resources and hard-earned cash that could save lives than bury them with riches. This matter is partly due to the fact that people want to show the best side of a family to the guests. They are fed free foods, drinks, accommodation as long they stay with the family. The people travel from all over the world through connections with their family directly or in-laws or work colleagues. It is considered the highest filial loyalty or honour to bury the dead in dignity. The belief exists those not buried properly cannot qualify to be living ancestors. A deceased is not considered totally dead because their Spirit from God lives on. So they know the departed, though passed on into the next is conscious and interested in the lives of those they left behind. Due to dignified life, such burial is deemed a great status symbol, respect and qualification to be remembered as elder in community. The ones who do not meet such honourable burials are disposed of privately quietly at dawn without permission to cry for their loss or grand style public ceremony.  It is an issue affecting all the citizens in that community and the family contributes on behalf of all members throughout life. Often people own land, large farms and cattle so able to use resources for the funerals which lasted for months on end. Then memorial service was held a year later to complete mourning and to celebrate by changing from mourning black clothes worn for one year into the white garments for another year. At the end of that second year, the property and assets of the deceased are openly distributed among relatives. If there is a will made belongings are share as the owner wanted. If not, elders meet and deliberate for fair share to those most in need of the material goods or resources. Often family members are surprised by little Gifts saved over the years to be given to them by the deceased. With modern education, most people do the white-collar jobs so traditions changed. The contribution of funds support all the families in mourning. Each member of the community know they will have similar funeral when it is their turn but not necessarily in grandstyle depending on their status. When it comes to such a funeral the person of high standing in society or parents of someone of status in the society is definitely celebrated in grand style. Elders who live long and supported many family members and relatives, are appreciated by the people they raised over the years paying their last respects. The sadness of funeral is counter balanced by occasion of long-lost families gathering together after many years of living apart. The family chooses an appropriate coffin based on the person’s profession, career path, job, hobbies, interests, status, belief in God. A miniature replica of actual coffin made adds to remembrance token collection of family tree living history._50223727_helicoptercoffin90383461.optim123557496-15648fae-224b-4c69-82c0-212e6928453fOpportunity presents itself to showcase unique capentery skills, talents or look for a suitable partner although that is not the primary motive of attending the funeral in the first place. Families play a major role in also their birth, weddings marriage and funerals so it most likely the same group of people will be met at this events. With changes in culture and Christianity the church helps with funeral by cutting the time of endless wake keeping for weeks or months in the past to keep it simple. The community as a whole participates therefore the burden of cost is shared among those people involved. The issue of costly funeral budget is complex but simplified in terms of sharing each other’s burden. However, the ethics and humanitarian issue is that of those in danger of abandonment if uncared for while alive in times of need like John. The moral thing to do is organise the same people willing to contribute to funeral costs to set up budgets for the living in need to celebrate them alive like ‘This is your life program on TV.’ To bring together all loved ones in lifetime to enjoy life at least on many possible occasions. This will acknowledge people especially if birthdays and honour days are not celebrated. At least such funeral gives time to gather together as a family and to admire the beautiful types of the coffins on display at such funerals. It is nice to see young adults participating in the display of coffins and special treats of dances to entertain the community to ease the pain and tension of loss caused by death. Above all, whatever method is chosen for burial, life extends beyond funerals into eternity so the destination into heaven is what counts most. And all the dead in Christ in God will arise and live reunited with family eternally in heaven and in the Kingdom of God on the earth eventually, forever Ruled by Christ Jesus from Jerusalem Israel.

JESUS IS THE SAME FOREVER

hebrews-13_8Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever says Hebrews 13:8. The Son of God and Saviour of mankind, Chosen by God Rules God’s Kingdom eternally. Jesus is alive and well in heaven so did not evolve into another person and is not reincarnated as anyone else. Jesus is the Lamb of God and Ultimate Sacrifice of humanity. Nowhere in the Bible does Jesus disintegrate into an angel, pope or any imposter falsely claiming to be the Messiah Yeshua. The authentic, genuine, original, real Jesus is ALIVE AND WELL and coming back physically to earth to rule forever as God ordained Him to be. Jesus never transitioned into any other form of human being as often taught by many people falsely to deceive them to hell. Jesus accurately predicted after His ascension Alive into heaven, there will be many false Christs deceiving people including even chosen, elect, remnant if they are not discerning. Some refuse to submit to God’s plans and purpose for mankind through Jesus Christ so instead create their own version of faith to lure people away from God. Try to convince people Jesus failed God in completing His assignment on earth to bring perfect peace politically so they replace Jesus in doing so. They wanted a political leader to redeem them from exploitation by unjust tyrants who extorted taxes and banned them from worship. Increased agitation and helplessness against their rulers and leaders who exploited them aggravated them to look for a militant conqueror. Disappointed Jesus did not command armies of heaven to eradicate their enemies. Instead, Jesus told them His Kingdom is not of secular world but God’s Kingdom so failed to understand Jesus’ mission on earth. Hebrews+13_8The oppressed wanted immediate relief from their oppressors so looked for new opportunities in militant Leaders. In doing so, they misunderstood that it was God who allowed those imposters as a part of their demands of permissive will against God in the first place. Did not realise as mankind rejected God as Theocratic Leader of all HIS creation so God let them endure those they chose in place of God. God was angered and so allowed humans to control themselves as long as possible to discover the error. God allowed time for people to have the taste of their own medicine as they now prefer man’s rule over God’s Rule. After many generations of suffering and toil, God heard cries of people and sent help through the prophets, priests, ministers, and appointed elders. Although some do listen and obey them, majority refused to accept Godly instructions. Finally God sent HIS OWN SON JESUS, God’s Heir to throne of David to touch their hearts to repent to accept God’s Rule again. Sadly, many did not take keen interest in Jesus as God intends. After many generations of human leaders, lack of knowledge of God as Direct ruler of mankind seems a strange concept to them. God decided to give freedom of choice to mankind to be the master of their own destiny against HIS WILL. Therefore God gave mankind ‘permission’ to convince themselves that they are better without God’s input. As the years passed, it became clearer that mankind desperately needs God’s help even more than ever before. So God in HIS WISDOM and Compassionate Mercy extends beyond measure LOVE to all HIS faithful, loyal Children, crying to God day and night, interceding to God to redeem world from reckless pain and needless suffering. However, there is a problem as an absolute power corrupts absolutely, humans have tasted power and enjoyed the pecks and privileges of power refuse to renounce the powerful positions to God to take HIS RIGHTFUL PLACE of authority over mankind. This is the ultimate source of all conflict on earth. In the process some religious leaders vying for total control of world exclusively, want to prove they are the real McCoy chosen by God among the others competing for the same position. This is why they try to trace their power to Jesus to try to convince people they are the ‘real Messiah Yeshua’ to rule. So reinforce teaching messages to fool people into thinking they are to rule mankind in place of Jesus. The problem is Jesus is Alive and well in heaven and Coming back soon to earth to Rule. jes003Many other ‘Jesuses’ exist today in order to justify themselves as the new ‘Jesus,’ so try to ‘eliminate’ True Authentic Jesus by telling people that Yeshua Messiah is transformed or reborn as that leader. A closer look shows contradictions and an inability to convince from Bible ideas in line with Testimony of the Word of God. Nowhere in the Bible does God say Jesus will be replaced by another Saviour to come after Jesus Christ. Jesus is Ultimate Sacrifice in heaven waiting on God’s Command to come to earth in Rapture in clouds to save to rescue God’s chosen, faithful and loyal remnants awaiting His Coming soon. Jesus WILL Return physically to set up Eternal Kingdom on earth from Israel. In the meantime, God is giving people the chance to repent, to accept and believe in Jesus to join God’s Kingdom before it is too late. After the Rapture, world descends into chaos of evil unseen before culminating in battle of Armageddon says Psalm 83. So God takes by force, God’s Rightful Rule over mankind forever and ever and God’s Kingdom has no end. Those who refuse to submit to God’s Rule sadly will face God’s judgements and punishments in hell fire. This world is changing fast in line with the word of God in the Bible from Genesis to Revelations prophecies are happening daily in the news. Study the Bible yourself like the Bereans and know the truth for yourself. The Truth you know sets you free in Jesus Name so if leader knows exposed and denounced by genuine truth of God will do not let you discover truth for you to abandon them. So tell you to listen exclusively to them only not to read any other sources of information including the Bible. Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Light so changes the brainwashed, transformed and renewed to be saved. As the source of income, some cults manipulate them making it difficult and impossible to leave without threats if convinced by Godly Bible Truth. Take note nobody can save you except Jesus Christ. World events are part of bigger picture unfolding and end time reality happenings everyday. Prepare and make informed choice for your own good in Jesus Name. Be reassured the same Jesus alive in heaven EXACTLY is SAME JESUS COMING AGAIN to earth soon even right at the door. Jesus said many people use His name to perform miracle wonders. God is powerful and HIS Words are sharper than two-edged sword working miracle but if motive is wrong God rejects them. Paul said he did not want to lead others to Christ and perish himself so ran the race to win the prize like all other believers. God highly exalted Jesus above all names so at the mention of Name of Jesus every knee shall bow and every tongue will confess Jesus is Lord to the Glory of LORD God Yahweh. The angels told the disciples on Mount Olives, Jesus they saw going into heaven is SAME JESUS CHRIST COMING back to earth on Mount Olives.. 11So Jesus did not, decay, decompose, degenerate, dematerialized, deteriorate, disintegrate, dissolve, fragment, go to pieces, granulate, grinded, interred in God’s memory, melt, molder, perish, powdered, pulverize, putrefy, triturate, tumble into another human being or turned into Archangel Michael. At the sound of trumpets by archangels, Jesus WILL appear with heavenly host brightly for all eyes to see Jesus’ Second Coming to earth. Romans 6:23 says the wages of sin is death but GIFT of God is ETERNAL Life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Jesus conquered death permanently by GIFT OF ETERNAL LIFE. John 3:16 says, God so LOVED the world HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON JESUS, WHOSOEVER BELIEVES IN JESUS WILL NOT PERISH BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE. Jesus did not resurrect as the woman of the Church of Almighty God cult started in 1990s claims Jesus was resurrected as a woman in China. Chinese authorities frequently crack down on cult members over the years, confiscated computers and books used by cult for recruitment. The Church of Almighty God refused to give a direct response to BBC but refers to its US-based website which contains multiple alleged testimonies of believers tortured by Chinese authorities. So cult’s core belief is Jesus returned to earth as a Chinese woman to wreak apocalypse. The person who claims direct contact with God as founder is former physics teacher, Zhao Weishan, who founded cult 25 years ago and fled to the United States. Jesus is not resurrected into any other person. A born again believer in God does not perish because Spirit lives on but body interred, if well-preserved intact or decays to dust but reawaken at trumpet call. God has enough creation material to make all of mankind, angels, creatures, the earth, sky and firmament. So God does not recycle human life into new beings because of shortage of ingredients. God does not turn dead into another one so makes zillions of each individual since creation and continues to do so. People are unique, one of a kind, God made to display the wonders of God’s MAJESTY. So the Real Jesus is seated at Right Hand of God on Throne in heaven and is Alive forevermore. Paul warns in latter times some will fall away from true faith by paying attention to follow misleading counterfeit teaching of demons says 1 Timothy 4:1. The doctrine of eternal life in Christ means the Spirit of God in man never dies so returns to God after death to join the saints singing before God’s Throne in heaven. Those in Christ alive on earth join Jesus in Rapture teaching supported by Bible. Jesus said: “You will know the truth and the truth sets you free in John 8:32. All who prefer to be asleep, God allows to remain asleep till after 1000 year Reign of Jesus on earth. So gain accurate knowledge of God’s Bible truth and correct teaching of God’s Kingdom principles and practices for growth promotion by faith in Christ in God. Matthew 25:31 says Jesus RETURNS with thousands of angels accompanying Jesus to earth physically a Divine being.  At Second Coming, Christ will descend to Mount Olives in Jerusalem to Reign 1000 years. After ascension He prepares place for you so will come again and in Rapture receive you to be with Jesus in heaven with God. So Acts 1:11 said to the disciples, you men of Galilee, why do you stand here looking into Heaven, This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, WILL come back in the same way you saw him ascend to heaven. So they returned to Jerusalem from Mount of Olives in Israel. Jesus has not turned into anyone else so is coming back to earth soon and all eyes will see Jesus Yeshua Messiah on His Return.

GOD’S CORRECTION IS GOOD

proverbs-3-12-god-corrects-us-gold_1398839561The LORD God Almighty corrects those HE LOVES as a father or parents correct the children in whom they delight says the Bible in Proverbs 3:12. God reveals to HIS Children error by love to point out mistakes to reveal the correct way to change for good. Correction is done by God directly or through Jesus Christ the Eraser to wipe out errors to restart correctly to show a person unaware of a mistake due to lack of knowledge. This helps learn from mistakes to improve lives to please God. By doing so the lives transformed grow in righteousness and improves in faith, active listening skills in obedience to God. The person gains useful information previously unknown before. Hebrews 12:6-11 says the LORD chastens, disciplines, scourges all HE LOVES to receive correction to endure to gain better experience in life. God deals with people as individual, family or on corporate basis as required.proverbs-3-12-god-corrects-us-green_1078636053Correction of Bart Simpson is a classic example of the line writing exercise on the classroom board to highlight point of correction. Years ago, schools gave pupils correction exercise books for rewriting misspelt words. Of course, as children unaware of exact right words intended word teachers point mistake to teach learners to write many times in exercise books to help remember the correct words in future. The brain coordinates hand movements with eyes to record words. Repetition of the words written many times forever registers so etched in minds of pupils to remember better. But along came a contemporary educational theory it constitutes abuse to ask children to use repetition method to write lines for correction so avoidedsimpson-i will use google before asking dumb questions

So spell checker was born so people did not memorize words for rote learning for recall. Computers correct the words obviously misspelt but words like “cap” and “cup”or “hat” and “hut” for example though correct, if not in context can be incorrect. Drinking milk in “cap” does not show on spellchecker so the reader must know word “cup” in the first place to edit it. This affects spelling error not dealt still with by computer in modern times. Therefore it is important to teach correct words in academia for life as a whole. The Bible says if you correct wise people and they become wiser and love you but correct mockers and they hate you. Choose correction carefully at right time in right way to help improve lives. Purpose of correction is not to shame a person in a negative way for vengeance to hurt them. People who love and care about you help with any issues affecting you to deal with it by Godly correction, compassion, support, understanding as God disciplines us.  3

Godly discipline is for good so it is not punishment though unpleasant because one is compelled to conform or comply against own rebellious ideas. Proverbs 9:8 warns not to attempt to correct fools because they are offended so hate you. Adapting to change is uncomfortable so may seem harsh to recipient until they benefit when they correct the error. So Correction requires determination by the teacher to help ‘wise’ to be ‘wiser’ as challenge to one doing correction. Their unpredictable nature, response reaction to correction depends on the persona at receiving end. Element of risk means a teacher helps learners to avoid mistakes to help correct them through a training experience. Criticising a person affects correction as attack on ego or pride may refuse help or reject correction. In the long run, over a period of time, people realise an insolent person’s ignorance is caused by fear of change. So help stop the devices of mistakes damaging them. Lack of Frontal Cortex means those in crises do not know how mistakes can impact lives. Sadly, some learn the hard way by self-destruction that could be avoided if only they listened. proverbs3_11-12Through arguments a stiff neck refuses to take instructions so does not realise the errors done to themselves or to their family. Blinded by error mindset, causes havoc by process of fear rebuff or reject correction so avoid a pointed out error altogether for improvement. The theory that correction discourages children in the early years from learning affects the attitude to correction in general. Left to figure things out for themselves, many people are unaware of their mistakes. So it becomes problems affecting their performance if the person is allowed to be left to their own devices. In terms of future career the person carries on into other areas of life. Anyone who points out errors to them other than own ideas is not well received. Although a trainer from experience knows exactly what they are talking about, so foresees error, the learner does not accept help, refuses correction. Yet correction is specifically for their good, well-being of the whole family or work place, community and world in general.Profitable-for-RebukeIf a stubborn person resists wisdom at all cost to defy authority in the name of freedom to do as they please, they miss out on the Spirit of excellence. Realise boundaries of correction helps to learn better ways to protect them from a long winding road of mistakes. Like prodigal son, God forgives and restores the ways of error to rescue the lost or misdirected by the wrong choices they made. Proper correction helps to avoid, prevent worse case scenarios. A person corrected must be educated to visualise or understand benefits of the correction in advance. So learners must be taught advantages of correction to instill value of flexibility, humility to bring changes in learning methods. Correction is not to inflict pain or suffering but guidance to give correct information to the person taught. The teacher must be patient and tolerant because learners do not immediately see what they teachers know. Important to understand a soft stick bends because it is malleable than a hard dry stick. The concept that learners grow up to correct themselves is not always the wise move. As they continue in set ways without an understanding of the impact of previous years without correction. Many adults get offended when genuine people try to guide them to correct errors. Some explode in anger and rage so take anger on others. This even spills over into the others aspects of life treating anyone’s suggestions in good faith as an attack on their character or personality. 54126707d4518b751f9145ee5d192841

Reprove not a scorner lest he hates you, rebuke a wise man and he will love you. Give instruction to a wise man so he will be still wiser, teach a righteous man and he will thank you and apply correction in their lives. Correct fools and they take offence. Do not despise chastening of the LORD God; neither be weary of HIS correction. So accept correction for your own goodAccept correction of God by Grace and wisdom of the Holy Spirit to lead you into all truth and teach you. A personal Bible study as a faithful Child of God is part of growth and maturity in the LORD. Start correction of children as early as possible from 2 years old to correct them in love at their level not by anger. Teach children by pointing out correct manner of behaviour as part of life for all to learn. It is imperative to carefully train a child to get rewards for their good behaviour to help reinforce correction. Follow up with apology and hug so child learns to accept teachers doing well to teach child to accept critique of work performance. Children with trained good sense accept correction and even recognise error by admitting error if unnoticed by teacher. A child can politely point out error to a teacher because all are human, so make mistakes in life. The secret is to get up immediately for good success not to feel disheartened by correction. Correction is good as it builds a person up to thrive.
