GOD OWNS ISRAEL IN COVENANT so to affirm Coming VICTORY in the Promised Holy Land the LORD God assigned leader for each of the nine and a half tribes who in charge of administering inheritance of the land of Canaan (west of Jordan River) among the people. God instructs people to drive out all inhabitants of the Land once they receive it.  He warns them:
“If you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you, then it shall be that those whom you let remain shall be irritants in your eyes, thorns in your sides, and they shall harass you in the land where you dwell in Numbers 33:55. However, when Israelites crossed Jordan, many times they made treaties allowed Canaanites to dwell among them, where they continued practicing pagan rituals. These groups led the Israelites back into pagan practices or tried to attack them from within. Some think Jewish people have no right to the Holy Land, but in this Parasha, we see the Creator of the Universe fulfill the Promise He Made to Jacob all those years earlier:
“The land I gave to Abraham, Isaac I give to you, and I will give this land to your descendants after you.”  (Genesis 35:12)
Biblically, 1889 map illustrating of Land of Israel among Twelve Tribes Palestine, Conder. The Boundaries of Israel. The LORD spoke to Moses, “Command the children of Israel and say to them ‘When you come into the land of Canaan, this is the land that shall fall to you inheritance land of Canaan to boundaries in Numbers 34:1–2. Creator of the Universe God HAS RIGHT to set BOUNDARIES for nations He CREATED. God Sets borders of the Territory of Israel, far larger than what Israel has settled today. Fully inhabiting inheritance of Judea and Samaria, east Jerusalem may seem impossible with the creation of a Palestinian State, but when The Messiah RETURNS, there will be a redistribution of land to Twelve Tribes, and the world will plainly see extent of Israel’s borders in Ezekiel 47:15–21.  At that TIME Says the LORD, when I Bring them back from all nations and gathered them from countries of enemies I WILL be PROVED HOLY through them in the sight of many nations in Ezekiel 39:27.
Unlike many foreigners who reside in the land today, after war of Gog, Magog in Ezekiel 38–39 those who remain will have reverence for God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and no other; therefore, as fellow Believers, the Lord makes them inheritors as well. “You are to allot the land as an inheritance for yourselves and for foreigners residing among you and who have children. So consider them as native born Israelites with you they are to be allotted an inheritance among the tribes of Israel in Ezekiel 47:22.

Jeremiah Warns Israel of Coming Exile
The prophetic reading of the Haftarah is the second of the three “Haftarot of the Admonition,” which are read during the Three Weeks.During three-week period between the 17th of Tammuz and the 5th of Av on the Jewish calendar July 24 and August 14 on year’s civil calendar, remember walls of Jerusalem breached and the Temple was destroyed. Prophet Jeremiah warned about the impending destruction of the Holy Temple and of Jerusalem for a few decades leading up to the Babylonian invasion. In this reading, he details terrible sins of the kings and the people that led to that destruction.
“The house of Israel ashamed; They and their kings and their princes, and their priests and their prophets, Saying to a tree, ‘You are my father,’ And to a stone, ‘You gave birth to me.’  For they turned their back to Me, and not their face. Yet  in the time of their trouble they will say, ‘Arise and save us.’ But where are your gods you have made for yourselves?  Let them arise, if they can save you in time of your trouble in Jeremiah 2:26–28.
Reading from a Torah scroll encased in aprotective Torah tik. To understand the extent of their wickedness, look at King Manasseh c. 687–642 who sacrificed his own son in the fire, practiced divination, sought omens, consulted mediums and spiritists. He did much evil in eyes of the LORD, arousing His anger in 2 Kings 21:6. The Book of the Law hidden in Temple so kings had little or no knowledge of what was written in it. So stopped worshiping the God of Israel as written in Scripture, images of Baal were erected in Temple where God said His NAME BE PLACED FOREVER in 2Chronicles 33:2–9. The Lord warned Manasseh and the nation about their evil deeds, but they ignored Him.  So the Lord took action against them:
“He rose up the army commanders of the king of Assyria, who took Manasseh prisoner, put a hook in his nose, bound him with bronze shackles and took him to Babylon in 2 Chronicles 33:10–11. So in  captivity in Babylon,  Manasseh repents with great humility called out to God, so restored to his reign.  Manasseh and his grandson King Josiah tried to return the nation to the worship of the God of Israel alone, but it seems their efforts came too little too late unable to national revival in the hearts of the people. When these kings died, other kings took their place and continued to defile the Temple and disobey God’s law. Today all cities and nations full of same sins that brought about the destruction of Jerusalem on Tisha B’Av and world in days of Noah a time when men were given over to other men in Sodomy. Yeshua Jesus Said His Coming Will be in such time as this “Just as it was in the days of Noah, so will it be in the days of the Son of Man. They were eating, they were drinking, marrying, being given in marriage, until day Noah entered the ark, and flood came and destroyed them all in Luke 17:26–27.
If the Torah scroll is not housed in Torah tik (case), after Torah reading, the Golel (roller) performs Gelila (rolling up).  The Torah is then bound with a sash, covered with Torah cover.  The honour of being the Golel is sometimes given to a child under Bar Mitzvah age. God Restores His People just as in ancient days of Israel, God’s Desires to BRING Correction that people will repent and turn back to HIM and live in righteousness; for it is not God’s will one person should perish. In Manasseh  God allowed him to be taken captive, but he received God’s Mercy and Restoration after sincerely repenting:
“In his distress he sought the favor of the LORD his God and humbled himself greatly before the God of his ancestors. When he prayed, the LORD was Moved by His entreaty and listened to his plea so HE brought him back to Jerusalem and to his kingdom. Manasseh knew the LORD is God in 2 Chronicles 33:12–13. So
although a nation as a whole may suffer the consequences of the collective sins of the people, God does show Mercy and Restores each individual who sincerely humbles himself, calls on HIS NAME, so repents in 2 Corinthians 7:10. Make the choice be ready by genuinely turning from sins and re-establish GodWay in life. God will grant an everlasting life to those who believe Yeshua cleansed them from sin with His blood once and for all.
“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life in John 3:16. All who believe free to live not as slaves to sin of ruler of the world, but Citizens of His Kingdom. This helps keep upward gaze for soon Coming of the Son of Man Yeshua, OUR Messiah and Redeemer. “Look, I AM Coming SOON! My reward is with me and I Will give each person according to what they have done in Revelation 22:12. The

History of Temple Mount
Solomon build the Temple of LORD God in Jerusalem Israel on the Mount Moriah threshing-floor of Araunah the Jebusite, the place provided by David, his father in 2 Chronicles 3:1. The Temple Mount is not only Judaism’s holiest site, it is uniquely the property of David. It is associated in Judaism with Mount Moriah. 4000 years ago is Biblical location LORD God asked Abraham to offer son Isaac as sacrifice.
About 900 years later, David captured city of Jerusalem from the Jebusites. He could have confiscated whole Mount as wartime plunder but allowed Jebusite king to keep ownership of some of his land which was on Mount Moriah. So
Acquiring the threshing floor of Mount Moriah for the LORD God not David’s idea; when plague over Jerusalem ended, LORD God spoke to him through Prophet Gad: “Gad came that day to David and said to him, ‘Go up, raise an altar to the LORD on the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite in 2 Samuel 24:18. So, David went to Araunah, who tried to give the land to David for free, along with oxen for the sacrifices. But David insisted on buying it: “I will buy it from you for a price.  I will not offer burnt offerings to the LORD my God that cost me nothing.”  So David bought the threshing floor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver.  And David built there an altar to the LORD and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings in 2 Samuel 24 24–25.
Araunah Jebusite offers threshing floor to David as the LORD God INSTRUCTED and built a temporary altar on the site; but God chose his son Solomon to build the first permanent sanctuary, which he completed in 957 BC. According to Bible, entire site served as both a religious and political center, until the Babylonians captured Jerusalem and destroyed the building in 586 BC. Under the protection of King Cyrus of Babylon in 538 BC, the Jews returned to Jerusalem and built the Second Temple, which King Herod later expanded into an impressive structure around 20 BC. This Temple did not last either  The Romans destroyed Second Temple in AD 70 on Tisha B’Av,a day of fasting and weeping for the Jews which was observed yesterday by Jews here in Israel and around the world. So Romans took advantage of conquest by erecting own temples to their gods on the Mount, but site largely lay in ruin until Islamic invasion in the 7th century.
Dome of the Rock sits where First and Second Temples stood. Muslims Built on the Mount though site is not specifically mentioned in Koran Temple Mount is 3rd valued site in Islam as place from where Mohammed is said to have ascended to heaven to receive instructions from God. Muslim conquest of Jerusalem in AD 637 and construction began on Dome of the Rock place of First and Second Temples. Al-Aqsa Mosque followed in 8th century till today situated at southern end of the Mount. The “furthest mosque” al-aqsa in Arabic is mentioned in Koran as site from where Mohammed ascended. The Muslim structures existed on the Temple Mount since 7th–8th centuries, the site largely sat in disrepair and area sparsely inhabited—that is, until the founding of the modern State of Israel in 1948.
Arab neighborhood of Silwan during the 1880s. Today, about 19,000 Palestinians and only 40 Jewish families. It is home to archaeological site of the ancient City of David. Israel’s War of Independence ended in 1949, Jordan took control of the eastern part of Jerusalem, including the Western Wailing Wall Temple Mount. So preventing Jews entering site fighting in self-defense Egyptian-Jordanian-Syrian invasion in June 1967, Israel recaptured area in the Six-Day War. After almost 1900 years, the Temple Mount finally came under complete control of the Jewish People, but only for a few hours.
Defense Minister Moshe Dayan (center) enters the Old City of Jerusalem during the Six Day War with Commander Uzi Narkiss (left) and Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Yitzhak Rabin, Photo by Ilan Bruner. The tragic ironya Moshe Dayan handed keys of Temple Mount over to the Jordanian Waqf, Islamic authority administering the Temple Mount since the 1950s. In doing so, Dayan set in motion a “status quo” that exists today: Jews can visit the Temple Mount only during specific hours though not allowed to pray there. Why  would a Jewish leader give up valuable treasure after 1,900 years of exile, and especially considering Jews pray every day the Temple be rebuilt speedily in our days…. And there will Serve God in REVERENCE, as in the days of old and as in former years”? Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs (JCPA) explains effort to encourage peace with Arabs, Dayan intended to turn over religious use of the site to Waqf, not ownership of the site. It is “In giving religious sovereignty over mount to Muslims, he felt was defusing tension in site as  center of Palestinian nationalism,” the Center states. But his intentions didn’t work out as expected.
Israeli Police on Temple Mount defend themselves against radical Muslims who had been throwing rocks at them. Arabs  Challenge Sovereignty Over the Temple Mount Today Temple Mount made focal point of Palestinian nationalism. Arabs, Palestinian Authority claim sovereignty of land in religious use of Temple Mount but actively deny living Jewish history connected to the site. But this has not always been the case. A 1924 publication of a tourist guidebook for the Temple Mount by the Supreme Muslim Council (Waqf) states:  “This site is one of the oldest in the world so its sanctity dates from the earliest times.  Its identity with the site of Solomon’s Temple is beyond dispute.  This, too, is the spot, according to universal belief, on which David built an altar unto the LORD God and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings. (A Brief Guide to Al-Haram Al-Sharif, 1925, p. 4) A later edition to this guidebook was published by Waqf in 1950 in 2years after Israel’s independence reproduced fact.
1925 edition of A Brief Guide to Al-Haram Al-Sharif, published by Supreme Muslim Council.  Highlighted text acknowledges the existence of Solomon’s Temple and King David’s altar on the Temple Mount. By 1954 Jordan’s Supreme Awaqf Council had taken over the administration of the Temple Mount and the guidebook and any reference to a Temple or Jewish presence had been removed.  With it, the Waqf initiated its ongoing effort to rewrite the history of Jerusalem.  (Temple Institute). After the 1967 War, the Temple Mount no longer was only referred to as Al-Haram al-Sharif  Noble Sanctuary, but as Al-Masjid al-Aksa (the Farthest Mosque), fostering Muslim people a deep spiritual entitlement to the site. (JCPA)
David’s Dynasty Prepare Their Claim
“May your eyes be open toward this temple night and day, this place of which you said, ‘My Name shall be there,’ so that you will hear the prayer your servant prays toward this place.”  (1 Kings 8:29). Shortly after 1967 war, the State of Israel annexed east Jerusalem and the Temple Mount, bringing it under the municipality of Jerusalem.  Then on July 30 of the same year, Israel Knesset (Parliament) passed a bill declaring Jerusalem to be the Capital of Israel, though no boundaries were specified. In 2007, Israel Land Fund, a nonprofit organization was formed to acquire land for the Jewish People and “to enable all Jews (Israeli and non-Israeli citizens) to own a part of Israel but has not acquired Temple Mount. Dr. Fishman’s attorney Baruch Ben Yosef gave his opinion to Breaking Israel News about the current legal status of the Mount:
“The fact that it is under the authority of the Waqf or Jordan is not a legal claim to ownership.  It is a temporary condition based on power and not a valid legal claim,” Ben Yosef said.
“Since [the Temple Mount] can be privately owned, the people who claim lineage to King David have a legal claim,” Ben Yosef added.  “If we make a claim in court, the court would have to disprove the claim.  The burden of proof would be on them.  But in the meantime, the Land Authority won’t do anything without a court order from the High Court.”
The Israel Supreme Court was built by the Rothschild Foundation in 1992. So Ben Yosef is not convinced, however, that the High Court of Israel will even hear the case, but Dr. Fishman has been actively raising funds to pursue all legal avenues. Meanwhile, on Yom Kippur, 2015, a third intifada (uprising) began and continues today as a result of Arab leaders say “Al-Aqsa is in danger” Israel plans to replace Muslim structures with the Third Temple. While Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu continues to deny such libel, Israel intends to keep Temple Mount physically under Israel sovereignty and historically within the Jewish heritage, even as Arabs continue to reclassify it as their own. This struggle means no person, group, entity has been able to produce clean legal title to Mount today. Who then actually owns this plot of land King David bought and to whom can Davidic Dynasty group make claim.

Who Will Judge?
Arab perseverance rallies international sympathies for their claims. In October, United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) will assume some judicial authority over the Temple Mount as it votes on a resolution to make the Temple Mount a strictly Islamic holy site. So whatever  UNESCO decides, reality is LORD God’s Word declares Jewish heritage and divine sovereignty site from time King David bought it until the present. Moreover, it declares God has set the Mount apart for Himself and for David’s ultimate male descendant, the Messiah Himself.
Google Earth map of the three valleys of Jerusalem with outline of the Hebrew letter Shin (שׁ) in red, a symbol used to represent one of the names of God—El Shaddai (God Almighty).  This confirms the Word of God, who said that “the descendants of David my servant will continue to reign, shininglike a lamp in Jerusalem, the city I have chosen to be the place for my name.”   (1 Kings 11:36; see also 1 Kings 8:28–29; 2 Kings 21:4; Deuteronomy 12:11, 21; 2 Chronicles 12:13) (Source: YouTube capture cropped and merged). David’s Messianic Descendant Will Decide. The Supreme descendants of line of David is the Messiah Himself Will Sit on throne of David during His Messianic reign:
“Behold, days are coming, says the Lord, when I will set up of David a righteous shoot, and He shall reign as king and prosper, and He shall perform judgment and righteousness in the land.  In His days, Judah shall be saved and Israel shall dwell safely, and this is His name that He shall be called, The Lord is our righteousness.”  (Jeremiah 23:5–6)
Although David had 22 sons, the eternal monarchy led by Messiah is established through line of Solomon.  We see this when King David promises Bathsheba that Solomon will reign after him.  She then announces, “Let my lord King David live forever in 1 Kings 1:31. In fact, of the thirteen fundamental principles in Judaism compiled by Maimonides, the twelfth confirms Messiah’s lineage:
“There is no king of Israel except from the house of David and from the seed of Solomon alone.  Anyone who disputes this regarding this family is a denier of NAME of LORD God and all the Words of prophets in Talmud n the Mishna, as translated by Marc Mermelstein at mesora.
Who is this Messiah?
“Who has gone up to heaven and come down?  Whose hands have gathered up the wind?  Who has wrapped up the waters in a cloak?  Who has established all the ends of the earth?  What is His name, and what is the name of His son?  Surely you know!”  (Proverbs 30:4)
Yeshua Unrolls Scroll in Synagogue by James Tissot. As the Son of God, Yeshua (Jesus) lived the totally righteous life that no observant Jew has ever been able to live, earning the right to reign the world from His throne in the Messianic Temple to come.  Some orthodox Jews say Temple WILL COME FROM HEAVEN, prepared by LORD God Messiah Himself. Others are actively preparing to build the Third Temple that they believe will usher in the reign of the Messiah. The Temple Institute in Jerusalem already prepared all of the vessels, utensils, garments to operate a Third Temple They have even opened a school to prepare the Cohen (Priests), descendants of Aaron the first High Priest to perform their priestly duties according to Torah (the first five books of the Bible).
A 3D mockup of the Third Temple as envisioned by the Temple Institute in Jerusalem which began drawing up blueprints last year.  (Source: Temple Institute YouTube capture). Whether the Temple COMES FROM HEAVEN or built up from earth, legal title to threshing floor at the Temple Mount will continue to be challenged in international forums like UNESCO and other venues by Arabs, Israelis, and David’s Dynasty. Yet only One Ruling on matter will be eternally valid when the Messiah COMES DOWN from heaven to reclaim Mount Moriah His OWN in Messianic Reign to come.
The Lord says at that time,
“I will rescue my flock; they shall no longer be a prey.  And I will judge between sheep and sheep.  And I will set up over them one shepherd, my servant David, and he shall feed them: he shall feed them and be their shepherd.  And I, the LORD, will be their God, and my servant David shall be prince among them.  I am the LORD; I have spoken.”  (Ezekiel 34:22–24)
