Jesus taught best business management lesson on use of talents by 3 employee’s investment strategy. Parable of talents in Bible in Matthew 25:14-30 impresses serious attitudes of their responsibility, commitment and the excellent rewards of hardwork. Investing the talents show aptitude spirit of excellence by applying wisdom. The business concept translates into soul wining enterprise of God. There was another consequence for neglecting to understand or applying instruction in message to all mankind. Talents of gold, in today’s value the master entrusted to 3 stewards is worth millions of dollars. This wealthy man gave various sums of money each received 5 talents, 2 talents and 1 talent. These amounts correspond significantly to ability to care for money to gain profit to be richly rewarded. The first 2 applied sound business principles multiplying resources for investment to gain 100% profit. The 3rd one made loss blaming employer it was his fault due to fear and mistrust of boss, buried talent without gain. Jesus similarly motivates all stewards in God’s Kingdom to win priceless souls to gain people for God. Multiplying God Given talents increases more resources so God Gains Soul Profit and the steward receive rewards. Joseph built silos to store grain during bumper harvest so demonstrated great business management against famine. Storing food people travelled to Egypt in Africa to buy grain. Monsatto style centralised globalised business took place in Africa since many centuries ago saving people.God wants people to use ethical biblical methods to do soul business according to 3 John 1:3 it says Beloved I wish above all things that you prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers. Again Psalm 62:10 says, when riches increase do not set your heart on them. Job 36:11 says those who obey and serve God will spend the rest of their days in prosperity and their years in contentment. In Romans 8:32, If God Did not spare HIS OWN SON, but Gave Him up for us all why will HE not graciously give us all things richly to enjoy? In Deuteronomy 8:18 Remember the LORD God, for it is HE who Gives you the power ability to produce wealth, and confirms HIS covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today. James 1:17, Every good and perfect gift is from God the Father in heaven, who does not change like shifting shadows. In Psalm 37:4, take delight in the LORD, HE will give you desires of your heart.Jeremiah 29:11 says, For God knows the thoughts HE Think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an hope and great future. In Phillipians 4:19, But my God shall supply all your needs according to HIS Riches in Glory by Christ Jesus. Malachi 3:10 says, Bring all tithes to God’s storehouse, that there is meat in Mine house. PROVE me Saith the LORD of hosts if I will not open the windows of heaven pour out blessing that there is not room enough to store it. Psalm 62:10 says, when riches increase do not set heart on them. Psalm 127:2, it is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows for God Gives HIS BELOVED sleep. In Joshua 1:8 Bible says, This book of the law shall not depart out of your mouth; but meditate day and night, to observe to do according to all written in then you will make your way prosperous then have good success.2 Corinthians 9:8 says, God is ABLE to make all grace abound toward you so you will always have sufficient and enough in things to abound to every good work. In Joshua 1:9, God Commands all to be strong of good courage not afraid, or dismayed for the LORD thy God is with everywhere you go. Psalm 1:3 says you will be like a tree planted by the rivers of water bringing forth good fruit in season so leaf shall not wither and whatsoever one does shall prosper. In 2 Corinthians, For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ that though He was rich, yet for your sakes became poor, so through His poverty all might become rich. Wealth is not reason to become rebellious against God the Source of all wealth. Those who do not know what to do with too much wealth, God says in Job 22:-27, anyone who returns to the Almighty God, will be built up, if you put away iniquity far from tabernacles. Workaholism that destroys a person to death in name of hardwork is not approved by God to overwork self.Proverbs 28:25 says those proud in heart due to wealth and riches stir up strife but he that put his trust in LORD is made fat. Zechariah 9:13 says, Turn to stronghold, of hope today declared double unto thee. Even in the midst of adversity Nehemiah 2:20 says the wall was built despite their enemies. They answered them, and said unto them, God of heaven, Will PROSPER us; therefore we HIS Servants will arise to build but you have no portion, right or memorial in Jerusalem as God’s enemy. Psalm 1:1-6, says Blessed is the one who walks not in counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful. God wants the believer to build business lifstyle using accurate measure shaken together, for overflowing weight for full value not to exploit the people to deprive them. God principles bless the employer and staff. Jeremiah 17:10, says I the LORD searches the heart, try reins, to give according to ways, and according to fruit of doings. In Deuteronomy 28:1-14, it shall come to pass, if you hearken diligently to Voice of the LORD God, to observe and do all HIS commandments which I command this day, the LORD God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth. Luke 6:38, says give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, shall men give to you. With same measure you give same shall be measured to you again. In Proverbs 3:27 God says do not withhold good from those due if you have power to do so. Proverbs 22:9, says generous will themselves be blessed, for sharing food with the poor. In Matthew 6:2-5 if you give to needy do not announce with trumpets as hypocrites do in synagogues and on streets, to be honoured by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so your giving may be in secret. Your Father, Sees what is done in secret Rewards you.In Deuteronomy 16:17 Each of you must bring a gift in proportion to way LORD your God bless you. Again in Philippians 4:11-13 Paul says I speak not from want, I learnt to be content in whatever the circumstances in. Knows how to manage humble means, and knows how to live in prosperity; learnt secret of being filled or going hungry. Has abundance at times or suffering need. Yet still can do all things through Christ who Strengthens me. In Matthew 6:24 it says No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. So you cannot Serve God and serve Money for something has got to give. Chasing one exclusively at the expense of the other does not promote Kingdom of God. In Matthew 19:21-26, Jesus answered, “If you want to be perfect sell possessions and give to poor so will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.” When that young man heard this, he was sad, because he had great wealth. Then Jesus said to his disciples, “I tell you the truth, it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. 24Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.” When the disciples heard this, they were greatly astonished and asked, “Who then can be saved?” Jesus looked at them and said, With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible. Peter said, “We have left everything to follow you! What then will there be for us?” Jesus said to them, “I tell you the truth, at the renewal of all things, when the Son of Man sits on His glorious throne, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging 12 tribes of Israel. And everyone who left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or fields for my sake will receive 100 times as much and will inherit eternal life. But many who are first will be last, and many who are last will be first.Mark 4:19 but the worries of this life, the deceitfulness of wealth and the desires for other things come in and choke the word, making it unfruitful. So Proverbs 23:4-5 says Do not wear yourself out to get rich; trust your own cleverness.Cast but a glance at riches, and they are gone, for they will surely sprout wings and fly off to the sky like an eagle. James 5:1-6 Now listen, you rich people, weep, wail because of the misery that is coming on you. Your wealth has rotted, and moths have eaten your clothes. Your gold and silver are corroded. Their corrosion will testify against you and eat your flesh like fire. You hoard wealth in the last days. Look! Wages you fail to pay workers who mow your fields are crying out against you. The cries of harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord Almighty. You live on earth in luxury and self-indulgence. You have fattened yourselves in day of slaughter. You condem and murdered the innocent ones, not opposing you.Proverbs 11:28 He who trusts in riches will fall, but the righteous shall flourish as green leaf. In Luke 8:14 The seeds that fell among thorns stands for those who hear, but go on their way choked by life’s worries, riches and pleasures, and they do not mature. Bible in Ecclesiastes 5:10 says, Whoever loves money never has enough; whoever loves wealth never satisfied with their income. This too is meaningless living. For in Proverbs 11:4, Wealth is worthless in the day of wrath, but righteousness delivers from death. 1 Timothy 6:17-19 Instruct those rich in this present world not to be conceited or to fix their hope on the uncertainty of riches but on God, who richly supplies us with all things to enjoy. Instruct them to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous and ready to share, storing up for themselves the treasure of a good foundation for the future, so they may take hold of that which is life indeed.John 2:15-17 Do not love the world nor the things in the world If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, is not from the Father, but is from the world. The world is passing away, and also its lusts; but the one who does the will of God lives forever. Psalms 49:10-12 For HE SEES that even wise men die; the stupid and senseless alike perish and leave their wealth to others. Their inner thought is that their houses are forever and their dwelling places to all generations; they have called their lands after their own names. But man in his pomp will not endure; he is like the beasts that perish. Luke 16:14 The Pharisees, loved money, heard all this, sneering at Jesus He said to them, “You are the ones who justify yourselves in the eyes of others, but God knows your hearts. What people value highly is detestable in God’s sight.”In 1 Timothy 6:6-12 the Godliness with contentment is great gain. We brought nothing into the world, so take nothing out of it. If we have food and clothing, we will be content for people who want to get rich by the wrong means fall into temptation so trap many foolish into harmful desires that plunge men into ruin and destruction. The love of money is the root of of evil. Some people, eager for money, wandered from faith pierced themselves with many griefs. So man of God flee from sin, pursue righteousness Godliness, faith, love, endure be gentle. Fight the good fight of faith. Take hold of eternal life to which you are called to make good confession in the presence of many witnesses. 2 Corinthians 12:9-10, says to me, “God’s Grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfect in weakness therefore be content if seen as ‘weak’ so endure insults, distresses, persecutions, challenges, difficulties, for Christ’s Sake for when I am weak, then I am strong.”Romans 8:28, We know all things God work together for good of those who love HIM, who have been called according to HIS purpose. Proverbs 19:23 The fear of the LORD leads to life; so rests content, untouched by trouble. 2 Corinthians 9:7 Each man should give what he decides in his heart to give, not reluctantly under compulsion, God loves a cheerful giver. 1 Corinthians 13:3 If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to flame but have not love I gain nothing. Luke 6:32-35 “If you love those who love you what credit is to you? Even ‘sinners’ love those who love them. And if you do good to those who are good to you, what credit is that to you? Even ‘sinners’ do that. If you lend to those from whom you expect repayment, what credit is it to you? Even ‘sinners’ lend to ‘sinners,’ expecting to be repaid in full. Love enemies, do good to them, lend without expecting it back. Your reward will be great, as the children of Most High because of the kindness to ungrateful and wicked. Proverbs 21:26 All day long craves more for righteous give without sparing. In Proverbs 14:31 whosoever oppresses poor has contempt for their Maker, but whoever is kind to needy honours God. Proverbs 15:27 He who is greedy for gain troubles his own house, but he who hates bribes will live.Proverbs 1:19 the ways of the greedy for gain takes away the life of its owners. In 1 Corinthians 5:11, I am writing that you must not associate with anyone calling himself a brother but sexually immoral greedy, idolater, slanderer, a drunkard or a swindle do not even eat with them. In Ecclesiastes 5:10 As goods increase, so does those who consume them. And what benefit are they to owners except to feast their eyes on them? Proverbs 28:22 says stingy man is eager to get rich and is unaware that poverty awaits him. Mark 8:36 What good is it to gain whole world, yet forfeit and lose the soul? In Luke 12:15 He said to them, “Watch out! Be on guard against all kinds of greed; a man’s life does not consist in abundance of possessions.”Spirit of God Sustains all life without God man died. As John 10:10 says, God gives life abundantly and even more abundantly. Life is whole in God’s Perfect Image so God Expects Gratitude 1 Corinthians 6:10 thieves, greedy, drunks slanderers, swindlers will not inherit the kingdom of God. Ephesians 5:5 says For this be sure: No immoral, impure greedy person idolater has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. So has to repent and ask God’s Forgiveness to be saved. 1 Thessalonians 2:5 You know we never use flattery, or put on a mask to cover up greed as God is our witness.Continuing in 1 Peter 5:2 Be shepherds of God’s flock under your care, serving as overseers-not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not greedy for money, but eager to serve. Romans 13:8 Leave no debt outstanding except continuing to love on another. As Proverbs 22:7 says rich rules over poor, and borrower is the slave of the lender. Psalm 37:21 wicked borrows does not repay, righteous show mercy to give. Matthew 5:42 Give to him who asks, from him who want to borrow from you do not turn away. Proverbs 22:26–27 Do not be one of those who shakes hands in a pledge, one of those who is surety for debts; if you have nothing with which to pay, why should he take away your bed from under you? Proverbs 28:8 Whoever increases wealth taking interest profit from poor amasses it for another given it to be kind to poor. In Proverbs 29:27 An unjust man is abomination to just and the upright in the way is abomination to the wicked. In 1 Thessalonians 4:6-7 in this matter no one should wrong or take advantage of brother or sister. The Lord will punish all those who commit such sin, as we told you to warn you before. God did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life. In Proverbs 20:10 on false weights and measures the LORD detests them both. In Proverbs 13:22 A good person leaves inheritance for their children’s children, but sinner’s wealth is stored up for the righteous. Proverbs 10:4, lazy hands make poverty, diligent hands bring wealth. Colossians 3:23 And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men. Proverbs 12:24 Diligent hands rule, but laziness ends in forced labour. In Proverbs 12:11 those who work the land have abundant food, but those who chase fantasies have no sense. Exodus 23:12 6 days work, but on the 7th day cease from labour so your ox and donkey may rest, the son of your female slave, as well as stranger, be refreshed. Therefore in Psalm 127:2 In vain many rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat for God grants sleep to those HE loves. In Matthew 11:28-30 Jesus Said, Come to me, all who labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Proverbs 13:16 says A wise man thinks ahead; a fool does not, and even brags about it! Luke 14:28-30 “which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count cost, whether he has enough to finish or after he laid the foundation, is not able to finish, all who see it begin to mock him, saying ‘This man began to build but not able to finish. Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, generous and willing to share. In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so they may take hold of the life that is truly life. Romans 14:8 For if we live, we live for the Lord, or if we die, we die for the Lord; therefore whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s. Matthew 6:26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? In Luke 12:7 Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear; you are more valuable than many sparrows. In Luke 12:28 God clothes the grass of the field here today, and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, how much more will HE clothe you of little faith than they?” In Hebrews 13:6 Confident,“The Lord is my helper; so not afraid what can mortals do to me?” Matthew 6:34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow is in God’s Hands.
