Today March 8th in the UK marks Global Women’s Day or International Women’s 100th anniversay celebration to mark the importance of women in life. Since God added Eve to Adam there is a role specifically carved for women for God said women are essential part of team in the community. Each year in March all society acknowledges and recognises the vital roles played by the women to build the family up. It is good to thank all women for contributing to the world tremendously. From heads of state high office to multiple tasking mothers using skills only women can do. Most are quite well known famous and wealthy which is good news. For women have come a long way from being seen and mistreated as a mere property, no vote, no education, no bank accounts unless endorsed by father or husband. The 100 defiant women got education in Oxford but were refused graduation to date. So often physically hardworking using bare hands or old tools yet without choice carry on to provide for the family. Ranges from highend luxury sophisticate brand women to underclass garbage low level according to society. These women nurture and raise all sorts of children Kings, Queens, Presidents, billionaires or paupers. Despite great strides achieved in living history through civilisation of mankind and technology among great success stories women still have a long way to go to receive overdue recognition.
International-Womens-Day3Majority of women treated as a silly little joke complex full of only paranoia. Seen as confused women constantly in their period cannnot make up their minds pouching with tears and tantrums vying for attention of men. As result not taken seriously by macho men who diminish them with bad innuendos. Women who complain about such issues seen as sympathetic attention seekers wanting unnecessary intrusion  men’s lives. Right from highest boardrooms to the streets women still face challenges of being taken more seriously. To solve the problem a big huha is made of lack of  validation by appointing a few women splashed across newspapers to prove women have been taken seriously. What resounding changes has high publicity brought in reality to an average woman globally? Global Women’s Day seeks to build on common points of womanhood which only women can understand. As primary care providers  and nurturers women’s jobs never. Non child bearing women who never went through bodily transitions of the plight of motherhood are the high fliers who make decisions on behalf of other women. This has serious implications so sets dangerous precedence as policies are not made from practical experience to enhance knowledge of providers. Some assume they have better acquired knowledge so can speak for all women. Including the lifestyles they do not even understand or care to comprehend if any one one tries to educate them to make an informed choice. There seems to be a fixed set of multiple agendas on behalf of women by condescending people know nothing about women. Though well meaning often do not take into account yet what women truly want. So insult women since they cannot make up their minds control women by perceived power over women. Women groomed for appalling treatment continue to resist change yet insist on perprator making decisions for women due to control.

So International Women’s Day (IWD) seeks to bring global change in context of women’s needs because one size does not fit all women. So heart of the matter is lumping women together homogenous entity assumed to function identically everywhere. This is where policies need to take more global recognition of inter -national views to improve women’s lot in life. The most highly valued point to all women is human right to be allowed to be women. Women importantly do equally play a valid role in the church and society. Yet still to change is the dismissive macho mindset policy that destroys the world based on excuse of pleasing women. Women’s desire for diamonds and expensive jewel treasure troves used as reason for exotic mines imposing poverty on women in those regions. Women’s comfort and leisure is another excuse for causing the traumas witnessed by women on all sides of the globe. The heartache is the damage in practical terms as very few women gain from such fixed  mindset. On March 8, 2016 the rallying cry for global “Pledge for Parity” is call to help women and girls achieve own personal ambitions, gender-balanced leadership, respect and value differences, develop inclusive and flexible culture root out workplace bias.”

The IWD website declares equality with men will not be achieved globally until the year 2133. Many areas of society have achieved excellent inclusion of women in great roles impacting the world. Some already meet and surpass expectations in several areas, esteeming and valuing women in deliberate fashion, noting or celebrating women of valour. In Bible,  parity and gender-balanced leadership called for on International Women’s Day is seen in Deborah, Esther, Mary among many virtous women. The Ten Commandments confirms equal roles between fathers and mothers in terms of their status with their children. The command children honour parents lists father before mother in Exodus 20:12 and mother before father Leviticus 19:3. The reversal shows both parents are equally entitled to honour reverence according to Biblical traditional sources.
Torah reveals mother and father equally entitled to respect, honour, reverence from their children. Bible teaches that the women are created equal in Image of God so deserve respect and value due to gender differences of strengths or their weaknesses, so to help each other fulfill one another’s unique destinies as a part of a team rather than to doing it alone.
Woman, as God’s final act of Creation, is ideal in form and function, as His Jewel achievement. Women are more deep spiritually with greater intuition, and foresight insight making it easier for women to connect with God. Due to higher level of spirituality, are more naturally able to communicate with God privately throughout the day without the need to recite formalized, public prayers at specified time periods, as the men are obligated to do. This frees up women to spend more time taking care of all their responsibilities to nurture their families and manage their home, something they are generally more capable of so doing psychologically and socially than men.
A Jewish mother in Brooklyn brings her children to services on Shabbat. In this same vein, women are told need to pray once a day, so not required to observe as many mitzvot commandments as men. The man as the head of the household covers the whole family with prayer. So other mitzvot helps lead well-managed home, nurture family, keeping kosher and Purim laws, lighting the Shabbat candles, following financial and personal integrity laws as returning lost items. So not obligated to study Torah for several hours a day as Orthodox Jewish men do or come to synagogue if it interferes with family responsibilities. Women are valued and protected within Jewish ketubah marriage contract, that binds in Israel. This ensures emotional wellbeing adequate physical provisions for a wife within marriage and beyond marriage in case of divorce or if the groom were to die. The Jewish marriage contracts hold marital relations as right of woman not of the man, she can request or decline at her will without vindictive threats or any punishments. Some women are forced in marriages without their consent against their will. Godly marriage is covenant of equal rights for women.
The ketubah values women highly in many various ways, but Jewish tradition seems to practice segregation in certain instances in pursuit of holiness within requires that women and men do not intermingle during prayer services. So
help keep full attention focused on God and not on any physical distractions. It is Mhitzah prayer room divider established to fully disassociate Temple God of Israel Honoured fromtemples of pagan gods, of prostitution orgies practiced offerings. It is women who may lead co-ed prayer in certain churches services or read Bible publicly, perform similar roles equally valued based on inherent qualities as a woman made in God’s Divine image. Prayer at the Western Wailing Wall in Jerusalem accommodates the traditional appropriate spaces of worship. Women’s section photo crowded with worshipers.  The men’s section past the divide top is less crowded. Perhaps too busy working?Inherent attributes of women are valued within language of Hebrew itself, every word follows a male or female pattern. In God neither male nor female better but encompassing the best of both. So
the Bible God of Abraham, Isaac,  Jacob is referred to in male terminology Avinu, Malkeinu Our Father, our King. God’s Shekinah Divine Presence or the Ruach haKodesh Holy Spirit all use a feminine expressions in Hebrew“Ruach,” “spirit, wind or breath,” and “Shekhinah” so Shows Maternal Nurturing Side of God.
To conduct His redemptive mission on earth, God Chose  His Messiah as a male through Yeshua through a Virgin Mary.  So God Expresses Protective, Nurturing, parental longing over His people Israel through feminine imagery to describe Jerusalem, Jerusalem, …longs to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were not willing in Matthew 23:37. God’s Shekhinah literally means dwelling and in Jewish Encyclopedia “Majestic Presence or Manifestation of God Descended to ‘dwell’ among men ” in form feminine.
An Ethiopian woman prays toward the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. The“Queen Shabbat” when the holy day arrives on Fridays at dusk, Jewish congregants turn to the door of the synagogue to welcome the Sabbath Bride, singing the messianic lyrics of Lecha Dodi Come My Beloved. It is to honour and celebrate women to also Beautify God.“Shake yourself free, rise from the dust, dress in your garments of splendour, my people, by hand of Jesse’s son of Bethlehem, redemption draws near to my soul. … Rouse yourselves!  Your light is coming, rise up and shine.  Awaken!  Awaken!  Utter a song.  The glory of the Lord is revealed upon you. …
Come in peace, crown of her husband, both in happiness and in jubilation, amidst faithful of the treasured nation, Come, O Bride!  Come, O Bride!”

Highly respected Proverbs 31 woman embodies wisdom, fear of LORD GOD regarded theme of book of Proverbs.
“The fear of the LORD is beginning of wisdom in Proverbs 9:10. A woman who fears God is to be praised. Honour her for all her hands does let her work bring her praise at city gate in Proverbs 31:30-31.
A Jewish woman lights Shabbat candles on Friday evening. Proverbs 31 woman is given a unique honour: allegorically represents “God’s Spirit, Sabbath, the Torah, the soul, and wisdom.  Choosing the woman image describes spiritual concepts profoundly attributed to her in websiteIsrael365. An excellent capable woman’s value is ‘far greater than pearls so declares wisdom better than pearls in Proverbs 8:11. Again Proverbs 31 depicts the capable woman to represent Torah in the way, Sabbath Table explains, “woman purchases field plants vineyard Proverbs 31:16 refers to God’s Torah’s promise of land of Canaan for the establishment of Jewish people there for His Glory.” “The language shows compassion generosity to the poor in Proverbs 31:20 speaks of the commandments to show charity,” the commentary adds, “Her children, benei Torah, Jewish people, and her husband sits among elders in Proverbs 31:23.  So “a woman who fears the Lord” actually written fear of the LORD yir’at YHWH,  יִרְאַת־ יְהֹוָה suggest woman in the Torah. So her husband baal–owner/lord described as man full of confidence trust batach in Proverbs 31:11. This kind of trust hope, confidence command given to God Himself as Husband of widows.

Esther is a wife of noble character eshet chayil as she is found to wise, ingenuis, discreet, trustworthy, reliable, virtous, and dependable. She is worth far more than rubies in Proverbs 31:10. Esther also chose faithfulness despite the threat of death, serving as queen and mediator for her people, leading them out of certain extinction through strategic wisdom and prayer. Esther personifies powerful but humble woman above, so in the traditional observance of Purim involved is four vital elements. The feast to thank God and celebrate deliverance through wisdom of Esther embedded in Esther 9:22, is a vital essential direction 4 elements listed as follows to be done:-
1. k’riat megillah—Listening to the public reading usually in synagogue of book of Esther in evening or following morning.
2. mishloach manot sending food gifts to friends and to the family or loved ones.
3. matanot la’evyonigiving charity to poor.
4. se`udat mitzvah eating a festive meal.
These are days of feasting, celebration and sending presents of food to one another and giving gifts to the poor in Esther 9:22. Each of these elements, has a corollary in the new covenant including sharing with the poor and oppressed. Yeshua repeatedly emphasized importance of remembering “the least of these in Matthew 25:40. In Acts 10:4, angel appears to the Gentile centurion, Cornelius, declaring, “Your prayers and tzadakah charitable gifts for the poor have gone up as memorial offering before God.” On Fridays Shabbat candles are lit and before blessing Kiddush, the Jewish husbands sings reciting Proverbs 31:10–31 called Eshet Chayil Woman of Valour, as a blessing over their wives, or if no women are present in praise of Jewish and all women everywhere.

If there are no men to sing song, women can recite the song “in praise of Jewish womanhood,” writes Aishwebsite. Any action illustrates acts of valour that is consistent wisdom of Torah, makes a woman “worthy to be praised.”And so thousands of years before modern-day “call for gender-balanced leadership,” Judaism honours women of valour, who come from all walks of life. Women are equipped with wisdom to start and lead businesses, give to charity, care for and manage their households, and to create both inside and outside the home. The valour of women in the Bible is noted across the spectrum of occupations and callings, working in fields to reigning in the palace, hosting in home, to trekking in wilderness. Ruth a foreigner cleaved herself to Israel and diligently worked in the fields.  Boaz’ words in Ruth 3:11 are Biblical reference to the eshet chayil so now, my daughter, don’t be afraid.  I will do for you all you ask.  All people of my town know you are a woman of valour eshet chayil.”

Ruth gleaning in fields of Boaz noticed for her spirit of excellence got married to Boaz. She was not looking for a man but minding her business taking care of the kingdom of God first so other things also added. So was Deborah too emerged into an unprecedented role of judge over both the men and women of Israel, leading them through victorious battles (Judges 4–5). Recently Golda Meir fourth prime minister of modern-Israel, with women in top government positions, companies reflect equal gender equality achieved workforce. These way, women and men equally fulfill God’s prophetic move to bring back His people to prosper them so they can be a blessing to the world.
Golda Meir was fourth Prime Minister of Israel. She was elected March 17, 1969, third woman in world to hold position. “The Hebrew word ‘chayil’ has many facets, just as the woman it describes in the opening line of Proverbs 31,” writes Rivka Zakutinsky for the Torah website.  “According to way letters are vocalized, this word can mean ‘valour,’ or  denote strength, power, wealth, virtue, purity, honesty, courage, success, excellence accomplishment.” Woman chayil pious straightforward eager. The Hebrew root chayil, Zakutinsky defined as “soldier, military corps and rampart” or “to give birth, to create, to terrify, to perform wonders, to wait, to hope, to succeed and to mature.  Who could possibly embody such qualities?” Zakutinsky says search in Proverbs 31 for a woman of valour is “not merely seeking person.  Women seek the ‘way’ to own personal method to apply Torah’s Bible wisdom to be valorous, strong, well, powerful, wealthy, virtuous, honest, courageous.
BPWJ-IWD-2011
Most women serve now in armies in the military, fighting to maintain freedom in a land surrounded by enemies. So the battlefields have  “Woman of Valour” like Deborah. The Proverbs 31 woman is “rich in her relationship with God. A woman of valour powerful because of relationship with her Creator. She is powerful in God’s Strength.” What does a modern day woman of valour look like?  A solid characteristics of “chayil” real reachable ideal. Meir as a mother of six and nurse loved her patients; studied Arabic to connect better with her Arab patients. Embodied “chayil” definitions of her strength, virtue, courage, success, and as a soldier, fighting for her life, and protecting the lives of her children, even as a hen gathers her chicks. May each of us be people of valour, powerful because of our relationship with Adonai, bravely bringing the Word of Life to those who will listen in these dangerous Last Days. More women need to be liberated freed to become part of Adonai’s end-time plan for complete restoration of Israel to help bring peace and love of God to the Holy Land and all nations. The harvest is plentiful, so requires women workers so few to be included more in the work of God. The LORD GOD through Jesus calls all women to come boldly through blood Jesus King of harvest, to reward women workers in His harvest field in Luke 10:2. Today’s celebrations noted worldwide but what actual measurable changes seen from challenges facing most women globally?.
