MOTIVATION

Motivation is defined here as motive (m) plus action (a) equal motivation (M). (m+a=M). Other definitions exist but we coined biblical meaning to include God, Christ, Holy Spirit as root source of wisdom confidence. Motivation  represents motive behind all needs in life. It is important to examine a specific motive or exact reason to achieve goals.1463026_609570252423281_161814848_n

Action is essential to fulfill required motive or purpose becomes unfulfilled dreams. Action plan written is necessary for God says write the vision down so all who see it will run to perform it. Express clearly what exactly your desire, interest, passion is. It is written believers must stir up gifts inbuilt within.  Each has been given a talent suitable to ability to develop and grow so the ultimate motive in life is to have good success.

strongConfidence, trust, belief, faith in motives without action is dead of  no use. Therefore God speed is essential to achieve short – term and long-term goals. Test goals by reflecting deeply on motive, plan, purpose. Does it bless you first and others through Christ who strengthens you? Does it enhance, improve quality of own life and other lives around you, family, church, community, globally? Can you write 5 essential personal strengths to reflect, review adapt, action, spiritually, physically, emotionally in Christ to reconnect to God to restore abundant Eden relationship?

Motivation helps to focus on plans to do things looking up to God as the source of all life, breathing, sunshine, rain, all silver and gold for the earth is the Lord’s and fullness thereof. Personal motives of a Christian believer has Christ at the center of life guiding decisions with the angels and Divine connection helping fulfill ambitions. Motivation means facing challenges yet instant in season. Doing things instantly in time available, to easily achieve set goals as one size does not fit all, one requires personal touch. Motivation is important for wonderful sense of accomplishment if personally handling own life. Others help to fulfill visions, plans, ambitions and goals.

Motivation is inner drive to behave or act in a certain manner to fulfill desires and goals. It originates from specific physical needs like eating, sleeping, resting and intimacy.  To be motivated actively means moving in a particular direction that best suits you. The American motivation psychologist Abraham H. Maslow developed a hierarchy of needs. These five hierarchical types needs are: physiology, hunger, thirst, sleep; safety, shelter, health; belonging, love, friendship; self-esteem, recognition, approval, achievement and self – actualization.

The correlation between these basic requirements is build upon the first step in the pyramid as physiology. If there deficiency at this level behaviour becomes disoriented to satisfy deficit. If lacking sound sleep or food one will not be interested in self-esteem desires. Subsequently the second level leads to safety and security. Socializing is the third level and psychological requirements is the fourth level. Top of hierarchy is self-realization and self-actualization These needs focus on personal desire motivation, with sense of attainment dedicated to obtaining ultimate prize. So by focusing first on own motives helps  to develop improve own personal life to enable and equip to help others.

Christ is the answer to help query oneself thoroughly first for motives and reasons for any agenda at hand. Inner peace overrides issues of peer pressure influence motives and actions.  Motivation is rooted in basic desire to optimize personal well-being to maximize pleasure. Yet in 1 Corinthians 15;58, My beloved brethren, be steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, for you know your labour is not in vain in the Lord. Again in Colossians 3:23. Whatever you do, do it heartily unto the Lord, and not unto men as a people pleasers.

In 2 Corinthians 12 :9,  God’s grace is sufficient for my strength is made perfect in Christ. Most gladly will I glory in the power of Christ resting upon me. In Psalm 34:17-20, the righteous cry and the LORD hears and delivers them out of all their troubles. Motivation requires self – discipline as disciples of Christ set time side from leisure pleasure loitering gallivanting. In Romans 12:11, not slothful in business but fervent in spirit; serving the Lord. God advises people to watch disciplined ant’s hard work as an example of life and progress.

In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, what? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit Who is in you, whom you have from God so you are not your own? In Matthew 6:14, take heed that you do not your alms before men, to be seen of them otherwise you have no reward of your Father which is in heaven. God wants believers to seek first the kingdom of God and all other things will be added. For winning souls for God is the ultimate success required. In Luke 15:7,  I say unto you likewise, joy is in heaven over one sinner who repents, than over ninety and nine just persons which need no repentance. It is important to help win souls by sharing God’s word to save people.

In Galatians 6:7-8, be not deceived, God is not mocked for whatsoever a man sows, that shall he reap. It is also said you are what you and read, watch, touch, feel, hear. Trust and confidence in money is credit crunch effect on world. God is faithful so will provide in Philippians 4:19 my God shall supply all needs according to His Riches in Glory by Christ Jesus. Basically, it depends on one to make informed choice decisions with regard to one’s motives, goals not only what is it for me mindset.Good success, must be genuinely reliable, positive motive within scope ability, capability, really suitable, relevant, reasonably attainable in practical terms. 

In ideal world a motive goal is chosen, designed, approved by you for ultimate decision means dealing with consequences. Christian believer’s priceless life is bought, paid for by Christ at costly price so be rich towards God. 2 Corinthians 9:7, purpose in heart to give, God loves cheerful giver. In Isaiah 55:1-13, ho all that thirst, come to the waters, those that have no money come buy and eat come buy wine and milk without money and without price. God provides so be motivated even if not feeling in control for God still cares.

 In Galatians 5:5-12, for we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith. In Galatians 5:1-12, Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. Motivation leads to stick to vision goal so prevents gaol bondage due to lack of direction in life. God’s wisdom and counsel is needed to guide motives and actions. In Exodus 19:5, if you will obey my voice indeed and keep my covenant, then you shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people for all the earth is mine.

The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof so Malachi 3:10  says Bring all tithes into God’s storehouse for meat in mine house. And prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. All silver and gold belongs to God so Honour God first tithe, give offerings, support, sponsor His Kingdom with thanksgiving, time, praise and resources. Check one’s giving life, as motivation to give affects good success.

In Genesis 2:7, the LORD God formed man from the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. God’s creative spirit helps to motivate and empower to achieve great accomplish as far as going on the moon so the sky is the limit. In Luke 15:10, angels and saints rejoice with joy in presence of God over one sinner that repents so salvation of souls motivates believers to win souls for God. In Psalm 34:1-22 David, changed his behaviour before Abimelech; who drove him away, and he departed. He still blessed the LORD at all times so God’s praise was continually in the Psalms he wrote.

To have good success, it must be genuinely reliable, positive motive within scope ability, capability, really suitable, relevant, reasonably attainable in practical terms.  Do self-analysis to check if personal motives and actions agree, in line with God’s approval. Motivation is relative because people live in a community so upbringing, molding, guidance influence motives. The process is quick if already prepared in advance and readily available. David’s experience of killing bear and lion motivated him to take down Goliath though mocked, ridiculed by those he fought for and saved.

  3. This is very well structured way of thinking in terms of motivation. It is intuitive in that it allows the reader to create a routine for themselves in which they can develop forward in terms of their own life.
